Thought the shipping charge was a bit high and delivery time a bit long. However, I called Gordon Electric Supply with a question before I placed my order and was pleased with the knowledge of the customer service person. I also emailed Gordon Electric about order confirmation and delivery and received quick and accurate response.
Everything is great except the high shipping cost. But this is not a common part, I can't find it locally, and I'd rather not support Amazon:-)

Easy to order and shipping is reasonable. The tool I ordered was about $3.50 and shipping was $10.00. I guess you don't have much say over what shipping rates are, but it just doesn't feel right to pay almost 3X the cost of the item for shipping. All in all I am satisfied with the purchase and the tool I received.
I received the product I ordered, the price was good, and it has functioned well, but it took longer than expected to arrive - about three weeks. In between my ordering and delivery I received some confusing emails about delivery delays. My response requesting clarification was never acknowledged. Very likely this was a result of coronavirus manpower shortages, so I'm willing to cut them some slack. Especially because, at the end of the day, they did deliver a product I had trouble finding anywhere else.
