I signed up for the 2.95 cent charge and did not get any real details on the item I searched for. So at that point I was done with the service. However a week later, I found out my paypal was charged a "Re-newal" fee of 24.95. This was strange as I don't remember any notification that I was signing up for any future debits especially at a much higher rate. However upon emailing them, they did refund the amount back to my paypal. It was fast and appreciated. Just beware before signing up for any of these services by any company, that you are not signing up for any additional debits.

I received the wrong shirt and size for my first shirt. Contacted them sent pictures of what I ordered Neil was very helpful. He got me a new shirt ordered and had about 2.5 weeks later and still not what it was suppose to be. I ordered a MS shirt the ribbon is gold not Orange the names in the ribbon you can't even read like your suppose too. I paid almost $40 for this shirt and its not even worth 10. Poorly printed just all around a shirt I wouldn't wear

It wasn't enough to be just Google.com. Now, this profitable search engine has to own YouTube and Google Review and Google Mapping, change its name to Alphabet (meaning more to the world than even Amazon) and find new ways to screw consumers. Is it any wonder that people are becoming so frustrated with Google in its many forms that they will show up at YouTube and start shooting? Why would anyone think that once YouTube sold out to Google that Google would continue to pay you what YouTube used to pay you? Immediately after buying YouTube, Google terminated all customer service positions for Gmail, YouTube and Google. What a blinking mess that has created. About a year ago I started making reviews on Google, and I found that even though Google refuses to speak to or communicate with any reviewer, Google will take down your review if some powerful company threatens it. So, what is the point of a review that is not just another superficial, meaningless review? Google is the perfect example of a company too big for its britches.

1st off - I am extremely careful with my information and knowing who gets my credit card information. I. e. No 'accidents' here.

2ndly - The first I have heard of this company was when I received two charges on separate monthly bills from my credit card company. The larger charge was refunded the same day. However, the smaller charge remained.

It felt like a scam, it looks like a scam, it is a scam. Call your credit card company and let them know.

Used to be great

It seems like for the last few years, google absolutely refuses to search what i type in the bar. Ill look up "apples" and it stubbornly gives me results for oranges no matter how i type it in. The new commonly asked questions feature is so busted too. It will often have the question i asked but when i click it, i get an answer that's not in any way relevant to the question. Google is literally giving me suggested questions that they supposedly will be more likely to answer, and the answer is still unrelated garbage or the same link to some misinformed spam site for every suggested question on the topic. The other day i was searching (in google video search) for documentaries or short videos about space travel and the ENTIRE first page was filled with links to the same site with no videos whatsoever, yet every link had a box with the play button on it. It feels like they dont even care about good service anymore because people arent aware of reliable alternatives.

TOTAL RIP OFF! After several emails and several telephone calls and after being told to call here, there and everywhere, I finally received the license key for the product. I must admit that I got extremely upset which I never do in a telephone conversation. Then and only then would they help me. I was overcharged $30 and I was told that they cannot refund my money. Also this antivirus is extremely limited in what it can do. Therefore, KEEP. AWAY. FROM. AVAST ONLINE! AKA SAFECART!

I love Google!

I love Google but I am giving it a 3 out of 5 because of its voice service you find on all the phones now days. I broke 2 Samsung On5 phones that I owned because I thought it was the phones that was making my voice to text all screwed up saying random... I never said. It really... me off! I would be talking to someone in voice to text & it would say some really... & off the wall... that I never said some of which started some unwanted drama with people who did not know me well. After I got other models of phones I have now found its Google Voice to Text not my phone/s. Such a waste, those were good phones & I just got... & decided I had had enough.

Google fix that crap!

I have really valued Google for years to find things and even for shopping. Recently it has come to my attention that Google is a good source of honest reviews for businesses as long as those reviews are positive or neutral. If you need a review site that is not afraid to also provide the less-favorable reviews that warn you of bad business practices then you need to instead go to Facebook for complete and factual reviews.

My factual review of a local pediatrician (Dr. Kevin Grant of Folsom--owner of "Folsom Lake Pediatrics") was deleted from both Yelp and Google apparently due to the business owner not liking it since it brought awareness of some serious integrity issues.

I greatly thank Google for all the help they have done for me via their search engine, maps, reviews, etc. Google is great!

Infuriating

As we all should know by now GG offer a lot of services, including youtube. To be able to post on youtube you need an account. So now you have setup an account - with a password. And I want to emphasise with a password. So now you try to login from another machine/browser. You are blocked even though the password is correct. So what then is the point of the password? Ok so you can reset the password - or are required to reset the password to something different. But... but... but... to get through to this you enter the current password, which means the current password is OK, as they recognise it. SO what is the FRIGGIN POINT? So essentially, if you dont bow down, and drop your trousers and do everything they want you have no account for no good reason. Also, if there has been a serious security breach as they claim is the reason for forcing a password change then surely this procedure allows the scammer/hacker to reset the password?

Also, the forcing of double authenication, via blocking access to your account, unless you supply a code that is sent to your moble - I have deliberatly not enabled double authentication.

And, I delberetely, have opened an account from one machine with the intention of using that one machine only to login - but gurgle still makes the claim that there is something different about my login and force the double authenication procedure - same OS, same router, same isp, same browser same...

I checked a box for a one time $2.95 service only-- they charged that amount to my Paypal account that day and that was fine. I was very careful to read everything on their page to make sure I was not signing up for anything but the one time charge. Five days later I was charged $19.95. I contacted Paypal and they reviewed it. They told me that they were able to cancel subsequent charges, however, the company somehow convinced them I had authorized the $19.95 so I will not be able to get a refund for that amount. I hope my posting, as well as those of others, helps people not be taken advantage of by this unsafe company.
