I ordered two expensive corsets with great excitement. A month later I inquired about the corsets by email and phone. No response. 7 weeks later they cancelled my orders as out of stock. I guess I'd say ranking them as an online store from 1998 -today, they suck the worst in terms of honest representation of product and communication.
I am addicted to Goodgoth's mystery bags. They are $15 and $30. The $15 bags have 40 worth of stuff and the $30 bags have $100 worth. Its like Christmas every time I get one! I've gotten some stuff I wouldn't have picked out on my own but ended up working for me, and some stuff I actually had on my wishlist too. Its like the lottery but you win every time. I havent tried the handbag or the accessory bags so I cant vouch for those yet.
I freaking love this store! I buy all my hair dye here and they have killer deals called deal of the day where they have an item at half price or something. I got some awesome deals here!
Ive tried to order from this website twice, both times they waited about a month to tell me that it was out of stock and only told me it was out of stock after i contacted them. They take forever to ship things and their customer service sucks DO NOT order anything from this website
The shipping takes FOREVER! After 8 days my order was still processing, so I kindly emailed them to just cancel my order. My order was cancelled the next day without any type of confirmation or email letting me know that they had done so. There's no customer service number, so you can only communicate by email. Very strange company, buy at your own risk.
They suck! It's been 10 days since I ordered a simple pair of shoes and they still havent even shipped! It is 2011, the stuff I ordered the next day from somewhere else came days sgo and these people haven't even managed to out a pair of shoes in a box. After you order, if you go to check the status you see that it us standard practice to ship in 3-9 business days. Thats a bunch of crap, I would never have ordered from them if I had know that. I have never even experienced anything this slow on ebay.
First of all. I was very pleased to find cute clothes and cute shoes at an affordable price. Great customer service, Ive ordered from this site about like 4 times havnt had any issues, stuff usually ships 2-14 days and gets here about a week later. I would recommend this site for anyone, i trust the owner she always responds to my email and my questions.
