Buyer beware! Sadly I am reporting the same experience as the majority of people. I order a putter on the 22nd November which was marked as "in stock". I called so many times I know their telephone number by heart, not once did they answer. At almost 3 months in I have cancelled the order having been promised delivery dates which were never honoured... The telephone number on their site must be for the warehouse. If you search google you will find another number for the sales room, they won't be able to help too much but you at least get to talk to someone who can pass on messages etc.
Correct goods arrived reasonably quickly but with unremovable security tag on! Cannot get through by phone and they don't answer emails. Going to reverse the Credit Card payment today if no response. Never again!
Web site is easy to navigate and had no difficulty with placing my order. On dispatch of the item, I was informed of the tracking number and, the item was received within the specified time. Good all round service from this retailer.

Ordered a club 18. November that was advertised as in stock. Had an email a day or so later saying the club was out of stock but they offered an alternative or refund. I have chosen refund and wait until today for the money. (Today over 6 Weeks) And of support you get no response.

Just read all the reviews and I am the next victim... 150pouinds spend on a jacket for my son for Christmas but it never arrived none answers the phone none answers the mails, does it really exist?
Seen that we are so many in the same case I am wondering if there is no organization that can help us to recover our money? I think we are talking thousands by now
Anyone have an idea how start a legal action to this company? Pls respond.
It seems to be a fraud company. They are not reacting to any calls or mails. They take the money right away from your account (they took 263£ from my account on December 17th) - but nothing processed yet her on Jan 23th - even though everything still seems to be in stock at the web-page.
Finally look at the reviews. A lot of 5 stars and even more 1 stars - almost nothing in between. I don't believe for a second that the 5 star reviews are made by customers - these reviews must be ordered by the company.
If it was possible to give this company minus 5* I would still claim it was a generous score. Please be warned any "would be purchaser", do not give your money away, as ultimately that is what you are doing. I ordered a pair of Footjoy casual shoes as a Christmas present on 3/12/14, with the promise of next day delivery. I never received any acknowledgement, despite the money being taken from my account. After 7 days I tried endlessly to contact Golfstore Europe, to be greeted each time with an automated message, saying their CSA'S were busy, despite trying at different times on different days. I then emailed and waited 4 days for a response... they claim to answer emails in 48 hrs. I was eventually blessed with a response, that told me my item was out of stock and would be reordered and delivered as soon as possible"! Obviously not in time for Christmas and probably not even in the new year. I have emailed and tried phoning subsequently, all to no avail. I will now have to raise a dispute with Paypal. Please do not even think about parting with your money to this company. Listen to the reviews. I wish I had. The people who gave 5 * are by far in the minority and just got lucky.
This is the worst online company I have ever come across I read some reviews before ordering and thought it can't be that bad but I was wrong I ordered on the 4th of December thinking it should be here as I was buying a Christmas present but my good still haven't arrived 2 days before Christmas they are quick enough to take your money. Tried phoning all you get is a recorded message sent numerous emails with no reply so to anybody reading this and thinking of ordering don't you will regret it.
Dreadful customer service. I placed an order for golf shoes on the 8th Dec... payment was taken the next day and as yet (22/12) I am still waiting for my goods... I have had no response to emails other than the standard email saying I would be emailed in 48 hours... This was a week ago... telephone is constantly engaged. I shall be passing this onto my bank just after Christmas to claim my refund as I have emailed again to cancel my order... very dissatisfied
Yet another horrible experience to go with all the others posted on this site. Place an order 10 days ago. Order has been being processed by warehouse staff ever since even though their website states 24 hour dispatch. Have been emailing daily for past 5 days to get an update. Zero response though they cite 48 hour customer response. They are either a scam or totally incompetent. Avoid!
I ordered a pair of footjoy shoes, the web page stated that they were in stock and would be delivered the next day, that was on the 8/12/12 and it is now the 16/12/12 and they have still not been delivered, after numerous unanswered phone calls and e-mails I have contacted my credit card company to gain a refund, I will never use this company again and advise others to do the same

Absulute unreliable. BE CAREFUL. If you order with Paypal and you don't receive the goods in time, cancel the order and open a dispute within 45days! Golfstoreeurope is stalling the delivery and keeping you waiting untill the time to open a dispute is over. I informed Paypal about this and asked them to help. Although they said they couldn't help me anymore the money was back in 24hr. Total order, delivery, cancellation and dispute time took 60days. Nerve-wracking! (not worth one star)
I ordered a 34" putter from GolfStoreEurope on 19 November 2014 and the money was immediately deducted from my credit card. On 20 November, GolfStoreEurope emailed me to say that the 34" putter had been discontinued and could I accept a 33" instead. I immediately agreed to the order being changed to 33" as this was not critical and I thought that they would be able to despatch it to me right away. They confirmed the change by email the following day and I felt reassured. However, by 26 November, I had heard nothing further from GolfStoreEurope. I contacted them again by email and was informed that this size of putter was not in stock and was not expected for a further 5 - 7 days after which it would be immediately dispatched. I went on holiday for a week from 1st - 8th December but still no putter awaiting on my return. Telephoning proved useless as it went straight to voice who referred me to the website. My emails now got an automated response that stated a delay of 48 hours for a reply. I was exasperated by now and I contacted my credit card supplier and consumer protection to initiate proceedings to recover my outlay and have them investigated. It should be remembered that, for purchases of less than £100, credit card customers have only 100 days in which to seek recovery of their money. Leave it longer and you are on your own. I cannot provide a negative rating for GolfStoreEurope so I will leave it blank.
Placed my order mid October, come mid November I canceled it having not received it. Was promised a refund. Having not received my refund after two weeks, I was forced into having to open a complaint with Paypal to get my money back. Stay far far away from this company. I would give this place -10 stars if I could. Ping doesn't allow their clubs to be sold on the web, but golfstoreeurope.com does. This should be a warning flag. Sad I missed it.
Ordered and paid over £300 for goods over 3 weeks ago but have not received. Non existent customer service, no advise/emails received regarding my order and only a recorded message when you try to telephone them. No goods or refunds received even though I have sent numerous emails. Waiting for Paypal and my credit card company now to recover the funds.
Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
Single worst company I have ever dealt with, advertise 'in stock' clubs and then inform you it will take a month to get from a supplier.
They then said it would take a further 3-4 weeks than originally planned so I cancelled the order.
7 emails later and 8 weeks and I still have not received a refund and they cannot offer an explanation.
Having been promised a delivery in 2 days I am still waiting after a week! Had the promise been a week, I wouldn't have been bothered. However, this company seems to be impossible to contact. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Trading Standards Londonderry is my next stop!

In mid September I placed an order and they immediately charged my credit card.
They send one club of 10 and then notting happends.
They don´t answer mail.

Answer: I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.) Regards Jonas
Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
