That was a mixed experience!
When you receive an email saying that the product ordered is not in stock while on the website is still in stock, you feel it's going to be a scam.
BUT, the customer service is pretty good and inform you of what is happenning.
It took 2 more days to be delivered.
To conclude, most of the products on the website are NOT IN STOCK.
If you are aware of that you can order without any problems
Rang the company due to mixed website reviews. Got through to Martin who was courteous and professional. Asked him to physically check that they had the product I was looking for and he did this and confirmed it. Product was shipped on the day they said it would be and it arrived the next day. No problems. Both Martin and Catherine (who took the order) were very nice. My experience is that you should check by phone that they have the product you want as it looks like their inventory system is not showing accurate quantities, which seems to be causing some grief for other users.

This site seems to be very random, some have great experience and some like me wait forever for their order.
I ordered a stand bag, and one month later I still am waiting for it, it was not customized, shown available in stocks and the communication with the customer service is a nightmare: they keep telling me each time I ask for updates that they have "stock issues" and will send my goods in 3-5 days... ONE MONTH already and I don't know how much more I will have to wait!

This is the best website with golf equipment. I bought Oakley Enduro Golf Shoes there, got them in a few days, without any problems. Top quality and cheap prices, awesome site!

I can't say that I don't see some of you had a bad experience with this site. But I must tell you that I had a great experience with this website. I had some problems with my order but their support was very fast and helpful.
I am reading reviews about this site and I can not belive it. I ordered on this site multiple times and I never had any problems with it. This is a great website with golf equipment.

It has been a very bad experience. Three weeks after ordering two items that allegedly were in stock, I have not received anything. Their customer service is non-existent. Their lack of respect for customers is intolerable. I will not buy anything else from them. GolfStoreEurope is fully unreliable. Do not buy there, if you can avoid it.
Made an order for custom clubs and 6 weeks latter still no signs that they are shipping the material.
Also made 2 aditional orders for material in stock and 3 weeks later also no shipments of any kind.
I believe this company is facing finantial problems.
One of this days all customers will be confronted with a bankrupcy and will loose all they money.
I ordered a pair of Nike spikeless golf shoes, which was delivered after a while. Tock too long, but they arrived. I am a size EUR 42 and knowing Nike shoes van be tight, I ordered a 42,5. But the shoes I received were far too small, probably a size 41, even if it said 42,5 on the box.
I then found out that they do not cover returns postage and I would have to pay almost as much as I paid for the shoe to return it. I called them and when I finally got hold of them, the customer service clerk was extremely arrogant and just said that I had received what I had ordered, so it was my problem.
I have had problems with Golf Store Europe Before, but had forgotten it when I found these shoes I have been looking for. But now they will be forever expelled from my list of e-Commerce options. Appauling!
Golfstoreeurope is a disaster! I took them 7 weeks to find out, they couldn't deliver the 3-wood I ordered. That made me cancel the order. Sixteen days ago i received an email confiming that the refund would be processed, and I still didn't receive any refund. They were VERY fast at drawing the money out of my account (1 day) though!
I have now wrote them an email explaining my frustration and letting them know taht if I don't have the money within three business days, the next they will hear from me, will be through my lawyer and Consumer Europe.
Please... Never shop at golfstoreeurope.com It's at disgrace!
Non-existent customer service, product ordered did not fit, wrote twice to exchange, never received response. Would not order again, passed on to friends and family.
My order of March 21 was charged my card on the same day. First part of my order delivered April 26 (more than one month), and the last item, a Callaway wedge, was delivered May 4. In this parcel GSE had put wrong invoice with the full value of my total purchase. I was then deemed to pay approx. £90 (NOK 842) more than I should. GSE left to me to get my money back from the Norwegian customs. Which has turned out to be a new problem. I have spent extremely much time and E-mails to clean up GSE's mess! Thumb down!
Well it was excellent experience. I got all of my shoes in very quickly and made for a fun time out at the golf course with the family that weekend. I was very impressed with easy site navigation and phone service as I called to ask about ladies shoes. So friendly and helpful. I will be back soon!
Ordered a new set of golf clubs and they came in right on time. Much faster than my experiences with the other site I used in the past, less hassle, and cheaper too. Love these babies! I'll be back later for more toys. Thanks golfstoreeurope!
Some are reporting less than perfect experience with golfstoreeurope, but I had an excellent experience. Ordered golf balls and a bag to replace my old one, and it came in extra quick! I was able to have everything I needed for a weekend of golfing with friends. Very good pricing and beyond my expectations. Thanks, I'll be back!
Golf Store Europe is a family favorite. Many outings to the store, like browsing the site at home when bored.

Answer: I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.) Regards Jonas
Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
