When I ordered an R11 driver, they made me wait for it for over a month, even though they said they would deliver within ten days. After a month I gave them one more week to make things right or I would just cancel the order and expect a refund. They couldn't be bothered. After that week they just stopped communicating. Thankfully I had paid with visa and I could get my money back through them.
In short: golfstoreeurope.com are thieves: they wil accept your money, but won't send you the goods.
I ordered a set of Titleist AP1 (love these irons by the way) it took 14 days from order to delivery, with close to 40% lower price comparing to what it would cost in Sweden!
I will surely by from Golfstoreeurope again!
As i read about the other people that they have some problem to get the stuff in time and also on there webstore it says "in stock". After i been waiting for my order i send them first e-mail and asked them to comment the status for my order, i did´nt get any answer and on there webpage it says (We can only answer questions relating to existing orders by email. We will try to answer your email within 24 hrs. Golf Store Europe try to answer all email queries as quickly as possible)
Well i waited and after send them a reminder i was calling them on there phonenr, after calling them several times, i called instead saledepartment and they answered that my golfiron was delayed from TaylorMade. Ok for they was delayed, but i can't understand why they not answering the e-mail and also if they have problem to send out products they should ask if i want to have the money back so i can bye the product´s some were else.
Parden my English, as you can see at my spelling i am not from England.
Could be better, and hopefully the owner to the store can improved the helpdesk.

I understand the experiences of Jean-Pierre and Marc. I have already ordered three times on golfstoreeurope.com, for a total of 800 euro now.
The first time it was delivered to me (Belgium) after just 3 days! On my second order, however, I ordered among other things a pair of shoes. When the order status did not change after a couple of days I emailed them. They told me the shoes had to be ordered from Footjoy (despite the words "available" on their site) and were going to be sent to me about three weeks later. They asked if I was okay to wait or they had to cancel the order. I replied I did not mind waiting. The rest of that order was sent and arrived perfectly. After three weeks waiting for the shoes, still nothing, I sent 2 mails, the last one was not even answered. But eventually, I received the shoes after 9 weeks. The 3th time I ordered among other things a Powakaddy golf cart and Titleist bag, who were 'available' on the site, same story. After an email they replied that it would be shipped later that week. Eventually, after some unanswered emails, it arrived 4 weeks later.
I have no problem waiting a bit for the orders (especially since compared to Belgium golf shops, golfstoreeurope.com is very cheap), but their communication could be better! Either an item is in stock, or it is not! Saying it is in stock, but then having to order it from the manufacturer does not make sense. Especially if they brag on their site about 'same day dispatch'!
My final opinion is: good and honest company with incredible prices that will eventually deliver, but it can sometimes take a while, and their communication is really weak... I personally will order again from Golfstoreeurope.com.
Post scriptum: As already stated by others, always choose a credit card that gives fraud warranty whenever you purchase things on the web!

Maybe you guys were just unlucky as I have ordered twice form Golf Store Europe and had no problems with delivery. One order was a custom fit Vokey and the other for shoes. That's just my experience... Pieter.
I ordered Footjoy shoes and gloves to GolfStoreEurope on 28 March 2011. When I placed this order, the two items were "available", and on the web page we can read "Expédié le jour même" (in english this means "shipped the same day"). On 30 March 2011, when I asked why the items were not sihpped, the reply was: "We are sorry for the delay but your shoes just went out of stock as you ordered and we have had to order them in for you. We should be expecting them in early next week and we will then ship your full order to you". At the end of the next week (07 April 2011), the status of my order was the same ("Your Order Is Currently Being Processed By Our Warehouse Staff"), and they reply to another mail: "We are expecting your shoes in from Footjoy next week and will then ship your full order to you as soon as we get them". On 12 March 2011, my status of may order is also the same, and I wonder whether I will receive one day these articles, whereas the payment is made. It is the first time that I use this Web site for golf items, and also the last. I think that it is necessary to alert associations of consumers to denounce these practices. I strongly disadvise the use of GolfStoreEurope.

After ordering a Scotty Cameron putter, where the GolfStoreEurope gives out an expected delivery date of 10 working days I thought it would be a good site. Unfortunately, after multiple mails... no putter delivered. Customer service did not show that they cared and I did not get one answer that gave me indication when the putter would arrive. We are now almost 5 weeks further and I have withdrawn my payment via my credit card company. GolfStoreEurope cannot be trusted and there are better sites available. Golfonline.co.uk for example.

IN THE INTERIM YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER OR BANK WHO MAY BE ABLE TO ADVISE YOU REGARDING REFUNDS. Answer: I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.) Regards Jonas
Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
