The online experience went well. Had a little bit of a glitch entering the promotion code but Chris in Customer Service helped me over the phone very quickly the next day. The tracking information was good. The packaging & the freshness of the food was incredible. I really enjoyed it and frankly got four meals out of it. So although it may seem pricey at first, I think the bang for the buck is worth it. Very good customer experience! It was my first, but will not be my last.
