Order a large bagel and cream cheese order. The box was packed incorrectly so that the 2 ice packs had melted and the cream cheese was barely room temperature so as it contains dairy, it was thrown out since it was sitting outside for hours. The order was also to come with several toppings and unfortunately did not. My son was bringing these into his school for his birthday celebration and now we can't as the whole order was messed up. Sent 2 emails and haven't heard back. At this point a refund is necessary.
I didn't realize the recipient was going to be out of town. The customer service agent was extremely quick to respond and very helpful postponing the order's shipment.
