That's what I got, as well as a shipment of warm lox. The package was shipped overnight to California "cooled" by the tiniest ice pack, which was all warm water by the time it arrived. I have written to Goldbelly twice, but have still not heard back. H&H Bagels should think twice about using them to ship their products. People could get sick.
