OOPS, please ignore my last response to you. I was responding to another vender I had had trouble with. This is the crumb cake. It arrived when they said that it would, very well packed. On their site they said that it could be left out on the counter for up to 3 days. Unfortunately that must be only for pick-up because after taking 3 days to get here, it was hard as a rock. So it went well in some ways and not so well in others. I don't think I'll order another crumb cake from anywhere. Sorry
