The first part of my order came on time and all was great. Shipped from NY to directly to FL (Fort Lauderdale then to Tampa)

That it was packed in dry ice. When you are shipping seafood dry ice is a must and not all Goldbelly shops use it. The chowder was fresh and delicious.

Nothing with this shipment--it was delivered gnawed open by rodents. Took several days after contact to hear back from Goldbelly, while I had this disgusting package up on a counter in a plastic trash bag. I will see if I get the new shipment okay before recommending to friends. Previous cheesesteaks and sfoglitelle from Ferrara went well.
Site was fine. With so many duplicate choices it seems like overkill to me. Makes ordering more time consuming and difficult. Would like to see mire "Free Shipping" offers.
Phillipe's sandwiches were amazing and the LaDuree products were a gift that was well received. Our sausages arrived a bit warm... but as they are precooked we risked it and ate them anyway.

I've ordered many items over the past few years. Generally,, everything has gone well. BUT for several recent orders, things have NOT turned out as promised. Late deliveries; dates changed with little or no notice. Email support is a black hole and telephone support non-existent. Never an offer to make good or to offer a discount or upgrade. Just a general take it or leave it attitude. And if rose their offerings, you will see that they have cut down on the number of products offered or everything is sold out. What once was good is now no longer.
