First order was wrecked on shipping. I had to contact customer service and send info. This took 5 days for reply. Once replied service offered to reship or credit. I replied for reship and took 4 days for reply. Once verified for reship the order finally, today, three weeks later, the order reached its destination intact this time. Well done this time around. Took way too long. If enough dry ice would have been packed there probably never would have been an issue.

What incredible wings and Beef on Weck sandwiches. I still can't believe how crispy the wings got. The Buffalo sauce was just like I remembered. The attention to detail with how everything was packed was amazing. The roast beef was so flavorful and they had the best kimmelweck ever.
