I live far from my family and couldn't be there for two bdays happening back-to-back. We all really needed a cheer up and SIXTEEN PIECES OF CRAZY CAKES really works! What's more, my niece made me a list of everyone's favorite flavors from the sampler so that I know what to get for each family member in the future!
Delivered on time. My sister said it was delicious and moist. The key line tasted like summer!

Prompt delivery. Excellent lobster rolls. Definitely the freshest you can get without travelling to Maine and buying it off the pier. Seriously. I counted 6 lobster tails in a one lb container, plus knuckles and claws. The tails were small, from "shedders" which means they were sweet and tender. Doesn't get better than that!

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
