I have only recently heard of gojane.com. I was looking for a particular jumpsuit, like one I had recently worn to a party. Had no idea where to look and a google search took me to a link for the website. I found a few and placed my order. I needed it immediately so I paid $16 for expedited shipping. It arrived on time and I was happy with my order. I was thinking the material would be flimsy and cheap but I was pleasantly surprised. The material had a better feel than the outfit I already owned from a local store and it fit just right. Also customer service was great. I had originally ordered one jumpsuit but the next day, I decided I liked the other better. So I sent an email during their business hours and got an immediate response. I followed up with a call and I was able to change my order and still get it shipped out at the same time my original order would have shipped. Wish I could upload a picture. I love the outfit! Again, this was my first order, but I will be ordering again and will gladly recommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLACED AN ORDER 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THEY NEVER PROCESSED IT, THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY ORDER, AND TREATED ME TERRIBLY.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER WHO ORDERED OVER $150 WITH SEVERAL ITEMS, THEY LIED AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE GARUNTEED BY CHRISTMAS AND 2 DAYS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY I GET AN EMAIL SAYING IT HASNT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED.

NEVER AGAIN WITH THEM. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM GOJANE. GARBAGE!

I was very scared about ordering from here at first after reading customer reviews but I thought I should at least try it. That left me to say, I'm VERY upset with this website & I will not be shopping here ever again. I paid for 'Standard US' shipping which was an extra $9.00 to my order. I placed my order on November 28,2015 so I was told it would be here by Friday (December 4,2015) & IT WAS NOT. I don't get what was the point in me paying for faster shipping for it to not be here. I tracked my order on USPS & it says it's still in California, no where near Georgia! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a pair of shoes, a dress, 3 skirts and a shirt from GoJane. In total my order came up to 160.00USD (I'm Canadian so with the conversion I paid $219.00CAD) When my package arrived I was told I owed a customs fee of $78.00. (Which I was never told about upon checkout) I am a frequent online shopper and I have never been charged customs before, let alone such a high customs fee.

The shoes did not fit at all, and I am ALWAYS a size 9. They also broke the second I tried them on. The clothes were okay, but didn't fit as nicely as they should. Honestly the only good thing about my order was that it came fairly quickly.

For the price I paid (total of 297.00CAD) I could of ordered from a better website. So In conclusion, I will never order from GoJane again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them they sent a size 7 and a size 10. When I called to let them know they started they were sold out. I wasnt sure how that mattered if they were mismatched. Apparently they sell shoes with different sizes and dont check them before they ship. They then say they can email me when they get more but after conversing longer she states thats something they cant do. When I ask for a refund they say I need to send the shoes nack before I get it. Why? They are mismatch and its an inconvenience to me. So I decide to have them send me another pair and they TRIED to get me to pay shipping. I will NEVER shop with them again. And wouldnt recommend anyone else too either.

After reading the reviews, I was very skeptical if I should give GoJane a try but I took a risk and ordered something anyway. Last Thursday, I ordered a olive green dress and decided to do the standard shipping. I'll say the following two days I received my tracking number and was able to see that it'll be here (NC) on Monday. My package arrived and I'm in love with this dress! The shipping was quick and the dress isn't cheap looking compared to its price. Glad I gave GoJane a try! (: I will be purchasing more items
