The fees aren't something I generally care about but it's dishonest to not be up front about it... Twice now this has happened. The shipment arrives and the delivery man asks for 50 bucks we I was told the standard would be 20. Again, it's not really about the money, it's just that if my order is going to be 106 dollars more than whatever I already paid, you should at least give me a heads up at the check out. I tried to give it a second chance -- benefit of the doubt and all that -- but this will be the last gojane purchase I'll be making

Photos of there ítems are DECEIVING. I was told that from thousand of costumers I'm the first complain about this and the horrible quality of the shoes. Then check on line and they have a 2.8 out of 5 review score. Call back and it seams that the amount of complains for the number of costumers are not to worry about... Costumer Service Horrible! Talk with Stephanie Lead Representative at costumer service. The worst, I have to pay to return the very low quality items that were portrait in the website photos differently! Now I know why they don't pay for returns! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

GoJane is a good store, however, it is unfortunate that they trust Ontrac as their shipping carrier. I've been a loyal customer and this is the first time this happened to me. I regretted not reading the reviews about Ontrac. When I went on Ontrac's website to track my package, it stated that my item was delivered at the front door, but I didn't get anything! That was when I researched about the company and to my surprise it was quite common to not receive the product either on time or at all, which really means that the company is really sketchy. Good thing, GoJane will be taking care of my order by doing an 8 day investigation. By then, they will change my shipper to another carrier such as UPS to prevent the same problem from happening. This has made me become more aware and cautious when I make an order on GoJane, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to order through GoJane anymore if Ontrac stays as their shipper.

Before online shopping via Go Jane I did my online research and found that a lot of customers were unhappy with their product or delivery time however, despite the mixed reviews I decided why not try and I am very pleased with the overall service.My package took 2 days to arrive to Canada, Toronto. The online assistant even provided me a $10 off code which was so helpful. The clothes were just as described, the fitting was great, condition was good. Go Jane offers new clothes everyday and has reasonable to cheap clothing. Overall, I am glad I took the 'risk' because it was worth it.

I have been ordering from GoJane since I was a freshman in high school and that was about 11 years ago. Still have all the heels I have bought over the years and have always loved them. I have also bought a few dresses and tops and they always fit fine and the quality is nice. Haven't ordered in a few years but whenever I am looking for a nice dress or heels, I go to GoJane first. Reasonable prices, shipping and processing never took longer than 2 weeks. Happy, loyal customer right here.

So, where should I start? With the horrible quality of gojane.com knock-off clothing, the cheap materials they use, or their pretty-much non-existent return policy? Let's start and end here: their clothes are NOTHING like the rip-off photos they have on their site. One of their dresses, pictured as a whimsical flowing design that flutters prettily around ones body while keeping one oh-so-cool during hot summer months, was in fact fabricated from some type of thick, tee-shirt styled material that had me sweating like a stuck pig the moment it draped like sheep wool around my body. The other three outfits were just as bad, or worse. DO NOT BUY ANY CLOTHES FROM THEM!

I ordered a dress & shoes on gojane. I've looked everywhere for the dress & found it. I ordered the items on a late Monday night. I used the economy shipping option to ship my items. & I received my items Friday afternoon. & was very pleased with the fast shipping & quality of the dress material & the shoes felt really durable. I would recommend everyone to this website. I just love it. I'm a very happy customer & will be ordering more items from this website very soon.

Been ordering from this company so I will say at one point they were great. Since my last transaction I have been given the run around threatened to be blocked from the site because of a PayPal dispute I opened to get a full refund! All this because of an error on their part the item was lost and never received but because they state they didn't get the pkg back they cannot issue a refund! Ok I opened a PayPal dispute and since then I've been threatened by email almost daily so I will escalate my dispute with PayPal and file a complaint with the BBB. I will get my money back by any means! Good luck to anyone who shops there
