Very nice site

Very nice site. Customer service is good. I got a store credit for a shoe that came damaged. They're jeans are amazing. Of course there are some garments that arent made from the best material but you have to have an eye for it to know what to get and what not to. I have 3 years fashion experience so im able to decipher. They have very good prices. Some clothes on this site can be found on nastygal.com for a more expensive price. I've made 5 separate purchases on this site, all of which were $100+ - $200+ and have been satisfied with all except for the one damaged shoe but i got the store credit so it didnt really bother me to much. Things happen. I recommend!

Do not order from here policy says they will ship out order 1-3 buisness days and it's bull$#*! they give you a date that you will receive your order but it's a lie stick to nasty gal you are way better off! I wouldn't even give this website one star

I love this site! I don't know exactly how long they've been around but I've been ordering from them for almost 15 years I'm sure and have never had an issue and their clothes are reasonable and sales are awesome! I've had to return things in the past due to size issues but they gladly accept my returns and exchanges. Items arrive fairly quickly as well. My only complaint is that you don't always know the brand of things you are buying but oh well, everything is always as cute as in the pictures.

I love this site! Prices are awesome, shipping is fast, and shoes are as described. Haven't tried clothes yet. I just wish they offered size 5 heels, it's so sad I have to get 5.5 :( but its still better than buying size 5 $100 shoes or size 6 at stores.

I recently ordered a pair of boots and after having them for less than 30 days, the heel is completely split down the middle (I discovered that the heels were hollow to begin with after they split) and the shoes are incompatible for wear. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they told me that I could only have store credit since I've already worn the shoes. I didn't particularly want store credit to buy more items that would last less than a month so I wrote them a review accentuating my dissatisfaction. They insisted that they couldn't do anything but give store credit although they did give me a 50% discount off my order. Although many people on here suggested that they experienced bad customer service, the customer service I received was quite good. The quality of their shoes (and probably clothes) is very, very cheap and unless something is on sale, way over priced. Anything bought (especially shoes) can not be used every day and we'll see how their clothes hold up. The site gets one star for quality but I decided to give them two stars because the customer service I experienced was quite good.

Reasonable prices and a lot of cute styles. The quality reflects the price, however, and can be very hit and miss. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, 1 top, 3 dresses, and 3 pairs of shoes. Everything arrived within the expected time frame with no issues. One of the dresses they sent me was the wrong size (medium instead of small). I gave it to a friend since it wasn't worth the hassle of returning. I would continue ordering shoes from them as those held up very well, but would be wary of the clothes. One of the pairs of shorts kind of... crumbled... after a couple washes (I've never seen an article of clothing do that). I'd recommend buying from them for things that you don't plan to wear frequently and don't want to spend a lot of money on such as dresses for clubbing.

ONE OF THE BEST BOUTIQUES I'VE SHOPPED AT.
I'm just so excited about the items I received yesterday. (Black jumpsuit with hood, and Red faux leather midi dress)
I don't know about all those negative comments below but I've been ordering from GoJane for several years and I have never had a bad experience with them. My items always arrive on time and they are always as they say they are. I recently ordered a black jumpsuit with a hood and it was everything and more than what I expected. Don't let these (-) comments discourage you, experience it for yourself and I'm sure you wont be disappointed

I ordered the strappy faux leather heels from this website, mostly because they looked like what rihanna designed for river island except it was only $20! I was anticipating it to take a long time to get shipped to me, but i got it a LOT faster than i expected AND i love the shoes! Was really hesitant to order from this site because of the bad reviews, but my experience was great. So ya. 10/10 would definitely recommend (:

Don't make the same mistake as me - STAY AWAY FROM GOJANE!

About 3 weeks after placing my order, I had not received my package and inquired about where it was but was constantly told to keep waiting when I called. I called almost every week after that, sometimes twice a week - and was told every time to just keep waiting. I knew something was wrong as I could not track the package but no one at GoJane seemed to care. Finally, almost 7 weeks after placing my order I called to simply ask for my money back as its way past the 4-week max delivery time.

The employee was very rude, refused to acknowledge that this was a mistake on the company/shipper's part and talked down to me, only offering store credit. WHY would I want to order from here again and wait 2 months all over again?!? All I want is my money back because the items I paid for and wanted are not longer available. This has been a horrible, horrible experience and I will pay more next time to order from a different website to at least receive decent customer service. STAY AWAY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE IF YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Sent me mismatched shoes. My mother had to wear for a wedding she put them on without checking but after being uncomfortable in them noticed they were mismatched. gojane.com refused to take them back and send me the correct size. Worst experience ever. Dont buy from them

I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent the wrong size. When I call the company, they told me that returns and exchanges are handled only through email, but gojane.com does not respond to emails.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I placed an order over a week ago - never heard anything back from the company - no shipping status - no backorder - no nothing. Their phone number is a voice mail - leave message and they will call back - they do not respond to emails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not order from this company.

Well what can i say other than avoid avoid avoid, i have had the same issue about low quality dress, other than i m still going through the motions of trying to send the dress back! I think my 2yr old grandson could do a better job! I m very angry customer... just advise u all stay away from this site

Ordered an orange prom dress a month ago. Had a delivery today in a plastic bag, no paperwork and it was PINK. Not very well made. Nobody pick the call. Just sent email and awaiting reply. Biggest mistake I made ordering that. I hate Gojane.

I ordered a light blue dress from this site, and i didn't even receive the dress. They said we had to wait another month for the dress and it still didn't show up, so my mum asked for her money back, and she still hasn't got it. And know they just keep adding the time. And its now been 5 months since we ordered the dress! This website is a total rip-off!

I've purchased two sneaker wedges from gojane.com and was very disappointed! The shoes were made out foam and had a stench of burnt rubber. One of the pairs they sent me was already worn and had dirt on the sole. It seemed like they've tried cleaning it and it also had a white stain on the side of the shoe. I've emailed them about wanting a refund on the worn pair but no response so i said screw it and wore them. I wont buy from this site again...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ENDED UP TAKING CHANGING THE PRICE ON ME BY 20 DOLLARS BECAUSE THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SITE, AND REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR WRONG DOING. THEY SPOKE OVER ME THE WHOLE TIME AND HUNG UP ON ME. THE LADY'S NAME WAS AMY! AND CAN YOU BELIEVE SHE WAS THE FREAKIN MANAGER! HORRIBLE, AND I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER NEVER EVERRRR AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY!
