I've ordered from this site maybe 12 times over the past 2 years and except for one time I've gotten great items that came quickly. The one time I didn't i got a jumpsuit that wouldn't zip but I was able to send it back and got a replacement in 3 days that zipped fine and fit great! Clothing is pretty true to size here and I love their shoes, and they have great sales and coupons that they send me that i use whenever I can. I really recommend this site.

Ordered a pair of shoes for an upcoming trip with normal shipping and later decided I would pay for express shipping. Thinking this would be an easy fix I called later the same day I ordered them and was told there was no way to have it expressed shipped and could not cancel my order. Only order from these people if you know for sure you want it and can wait the 2-4 weeks they will take to come in. I am very pissed off and will not be ordering from this site again. Customer service is also trash for this website and all the woman could tell me was that she couldn't do anything and was very rude. THEY DONT LET YOU CANCEL ORDERS. Trash.

I have purchased from GOJANE before and my order was shipped later than expected, a 2-week delay. I am based in the United States, and here recently my sister decided to use the company again to purchase two pair of shoes for my birthday. The shoes needed verification because we live in two separate homes. The checkout process was not user friendly and after verification another hold was placed on the account. An email was sent out for verification to my sister for additional verification. When calling in she verified her address, name, my name, my address, her 3-digit CSV code, and her last four of the card number. GoJane then went to take the verification a step further by placing an authorization hold on her card. My sister was at work like most Americans so she had to call back to speak with a different agent and repeat the process. She had to then advise the exact amount that was placed on hold on her card. Im sorry, is GOJANE a hotel placing authorization holds or the Credit Bureau requesting all this information? This then made sense they put her on a time limit to verify all of this because if not advised she would receive a delay on shipping. The order was expedited and the cost was an additional $17.00. How extreme is that? Of course, put the customer through this "extreme verification process" so you can attempt to ship a day later. Now the order is processed and I must be at home to sign for special verification to get my birthday shoes. I work and its your normal 9-5 so I will not be there. The next step is to use my gas and pick it up from the postal office. GOJANE that again will be closed when I get off. Therefore, this is not customer friendly at all and the delivery process is horrible for anyone in the United States. How can you expect to expand as a company GOJANE? I wrote this to advise that if you do not respond on their time it will be a delay in shipping if you get free ground shipping it will be a " delay in shipping" if you get a gift for someone who works it will be a "delay in shipping".

Their website was having errors and I was charged twice and sent two of an item that I only ordered 1 of, when I called to request a return shipping label and a refund, the woman on the phone was rude and very short with me. She refused to send me a return shipping label to return the item and get a refund, or offer me store credit, or anything at all, for the mistake. I was completely appalled by the lack of customer service, especially given the amount of the order. I will never order from this company again.

I've always enjoyed shopping at GoJane - an amazing assortment of hip styles at very affordable prices.

The only 'down side' is the variability of sizing on items -

Shoes are generally 'true to size'

Garments - not so much. I'm a size 12-14 with a 'long torso' - and when I order a 'Large' it's a crapshoot, particularly in BodyCon styles like leotards or bodyshirts.

As an example, in my most recent order of four different styles, all ordered in size 'Large', two fit beautifully and two were waaay too small.

Luckily it is easy to return items to GoJane (or I wouldn't order from them at all) but it would certainly be nice if there were a more standard sizing between various items.

I have ordered several times from go jane. A loyal customer. However this last time, I placed an order and forgot the "y" in yahoo.com so I never received a confirmation. It was a holiday weekend so charges didnt post to my account for several days. I replaced the exact order and the next day received the old order. They would not credit me nor give me a free shipping credit to send the items back as an exception. They were very nonchalant, unapologetic and cold. I will never buy from them again.

I needed white outfits for my upcoming bachlorette weekend so I ordered a pair of nude beautiful shoes and two white outfits. One was flowy and pretty and one was a crop top and pencil skirt. Looked great on the site but when I receieved it it was completed oppposite of that. While I love the shoes! The clothing has horrible quality, it was t shirt material and see through. Where am I wearing this? Lol. Horrible that they even send you this stuff when you pay good money for it. I will never order clothing from them again.
