Contrary to all reviews here Goggles provides an excellent after sales service. The rim of my glasses broke within 15 days and they sent me a free pair within the next 30 days. I love their customer service.
My glasses broke again but did not tell them as they has aready replaced it once.
The product quality is cheap and easily breakable if not handled with utmost care. Another drawback is the shipping time. If they could improve on the shipping time Goggles will be the best in th world.
I am not concerned as their price is almost 1/3 cheaper than the price of glasses you will get at regular stores. Goggles please improve delivery and quality. Thank you
First time order... entered my total trifocal prescription, when they arrived they were only single far vision, WHY when my FULL PRESCRIPTION entered, would they send me single vision lenses? Then they said after calling customer service and a guy I could barely understand and only wanted to talk over the top of me and NOT listen, said and further e mail for an additional $19 could have the correct ones made... as far as I am concerned, by entering the total prescription, that is the way they should have been made... will open dispute with my credit card company and refuse $40 payment...

Please be aware how long you will have to wait. Three weeks later no glasses. Now I've been told they are coming from their overseas facility, which casts doubt on the. co.uk part of their actual location. It is taking 14-21 days for them to arrive in the UK. Then they will dispatch them from God knows where. So if you order allow at least 6 weeks for your order to arrive. Very poor service. They don't tell you this when you order and have to pay extra for postage. It's a joke. Can't review the glasses haven't received any. I've just been told that they are marked as dispatched and order complete when they are sent from their overseas manufacturer. 14- 21 days until they receive them and then they dispatch them to you. So, the order is neither dispatched nor complete.

In order to offer best possible price to the customers, we produce glasses in our overseas production facilities and they are initially shipped in drop shipment from there. We dispatch the orders through Royal Mail from our shipment facility in the United Kingdom. The normal turnaround time is 14-21 business days however for certain prescriptions and lenses, it takes a little more since they require extra processing in production. All of this info is listed in the help center on our website.
Your order has already been produced and shipped from production. We will dispatch it as soon as the shipment is received in the United Kingdom. To compensate for the inconvenience, we will be refunding you the shipping charges. The request has been forwarded and should get processed in the next 48 hours.

I have ordered from Goggles4u on a number of occasions now. The delivery might be slower than ordering from the UK but I factor that in when the price is so good. I have spent hundreds in the past on glasses from well known opticians in the UK and these match up. I get the translation lenses and they work brilliantly. My glasses are hammered with use and generally only last a year or so anyway and now I don't have to spend a fortune. Just ordered two pairs for my dad and know they will be amazing. I love there glasses but I ordered them on Wednesday and it said 10-12 days but then I get an email on Friday night saying now it's 10-12 days I swear there glasses are amazing but shipping messed up.

I've used this company several years. Beware. It's not what it used to be. Quality stinks and can't return or make right. They'll blame you... just so sad! Sent coke bottles for a regular scrip. Then wants me to buy more to make changes. Nope. Move on.

I ordered my new glasses on Jan 3,2021. I paid $15 extra for " 1 hour processing". I finally received my order today, February 11. As soon as I opened them I could see that they were not what I had ordered. The lenses were yellow with blue tint. I had ordered clear, with no extra coatings. I contacted the customer service chat, and explained the problem. I was first told that I had ordered the Blue light blocking lenses... which I did not... then I was told that there was a "glitch" in the website and they would replace the glasses for me. Unfortunately, they no longer have the frame I ordered in stock, and, because of the "glitch" I wasn't charged enough for my glasses. For them to process an exchange, I would have to pay an additional $51.90 US.
This is a TERRIBLE way to do business, goggles4u. This is not how you win loyal customers, and not how you increase your customer base.

Sorry to know about your unpleasant experience with Goggles4u Eyeglasses. A system issue occurred when the order was placed due to which you were not charged for lenses and coatings. The cost for specs that was not charged was somewhere around $67.90 nonetheless we didn't put the order on hold and fulfilled the order without having you pay anything extra.
This is indeed not good to know that glasses didn't work and offered to replace them. However, for the replacement we needed to have the cost covered. We offered to cover all the costs including frame and shipping but only needed to have the discounted price difference for lenses. Since it was not acceptable for you, we submitted the refund request without having you return the unsatisfactory glasses back to us.

The glasses are okay but poorly made. I have purchased many pairs and always had to send them back for numerous reasons. They last for 4-6 months lenses fall out and frames are not secured, arms loosen up and the coating does not last. They only give a 3-MONTH WARRANTY on their CHEAP glasses. People do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money!

Customer service is horrible. They Do not care about satisfaction. I've bought two pair. Both at and over $60 each with "coupon". Most pairs must pay additional $15 for 2 hour service but takes weeks to arrive. One pair falls off the face and the other I have to wear with cotton balls because of pain behind the ears. No refund and they say DO NOT return to California address says shipped from. Customer service is a joke.
Update.
Mgmt contacted via email last night and we will see how honest and fair they will be on the 3rd pair.

I have placed many orders with Goggles4U for myself, and my family members. I had not had an real problems until very recently. I placed an order. It took over a month to finally get the glasses. They arrived scratched. That should have been warning enough that their quality had gone in the toilet. No problem. I contacted them and they almost graciously replaced them. They even arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It is now 6 weeks later. The glasses they sent were such crap that I can only equate it to looking like someone took sandpaper to the lenses. Now, I have been in glasses since I was in my early teens. I'm now in my 50's. I know how to care for glasses. I have NEVER had a pair of glasses get this damaged without falling or something close. Unfortunately, I am not at home, where all my old glasses are, so I thought I would just suck it up and I went ahead and PAID for new glasses. I paid for expedited processing. I am still waiting. I just got off Chat with their "customer service". No help. I will get tracking when I get tracking. They sent me an email 5Nov that processing is done. I should have had them by now since, again, I paid for expedited processing. Simple answer. Do not order from Goggles4u. Their quality is no unrecognizable. Their shipping is abysmal. Their customer service is non existent. There are too many other online companies to have to deal with this level of incompetence.
I have not received the glasses that I ordered a month ago. Each time I call to inquire I am told something different, one excuse after the next... "they are in overseas production", "they are in transit", "we don't have tracking numbers" just to name a few. Refused to process a refund. Said they don't give refunds and they are sorry that I haven't received the glasses but I should be receiving them in another 7-10 days. It has already been a month. I do NOT recommend this company. *Of note, this is the first negative review that I have ever written.

I ordered a pair of glasses. Progressive lenses, transition lenses with anti glare. When I recieved them, everything was great but they didn't put the anti glare coating on them. I went online and chatted with a rep. They apologized and said they would send out a new pair, NO CHARGE to me and I didn't have to return the first pair. Just got the second pair today. They are just s perfect now with anti glare. The only downside is the time it takes, but well worth the 90 dollars for 2 pair of glasses. I will definitely order again.

Scratched and Broken glasses for sale
I would give them zero but that wasn't an option. This company used to be good several years ago but that has changed. My most recent order on 8/20/20 will be my last. I don't know how the company operates, but they used to produce and ship a lot faster, now it takes FOREVER. The orders are made in Pakistan and shipped to California, then to you the customer. The process is long, especially for someone who NEEDS prescription eyewear ASAP.
I ordered two pairs, the first one I opened had SCRATCHES on the lens and when I tried it on was BLURRY, it was NOT my prescription. Great right? So I contact customer service and explain my frustration. Instead of Goggles4u, I get ZENDESK, the CSR outsourcing company that acts as a middleman and probably knows less about the company than you do. So they take a few days and get back to me with the line on the website, 100% satisfaction guaranteed or you get a new pair, great, well thats fine if maybe I didn't like the glasses for aesthetic reasons, but you gave me a defective product. So no sympathy no understanding my frustration, they just send me out another pair of glasses. Great right? Well the replacement pair arrives a few days ago, and I open the package and the hinge screw falls out and I look at it and it has separated from the glasses, so they replaced a defective pair with another defective pair. I might be able to repair it with an eyeglass kit I will have to purchase, but why is that MY responsibility?
I email ZENDESK, I mean Goggles4u Customer Service and have not heard back from them about this issue. So learn from my mistake, pay the extra money to Warby Parker or some other company and stay far far away from Goggles4u, they have now become another hot garbage company looking to shake every dime they can out of their customers. It's really sad too because I used to like this company because of how they treated people fairly.

In order to keep the price as low as possible for the customers, we produce the glasses in our overseas production facilities which are located in Thailand and Pakistan. Nonetheless, we never compromise on quality and always try best to provide quality product and cheapest price possible.
The normal turnaround time is about 14-21 days but due to the unfortunate global crisis, unusual delays are expected in the delivery time however we are trying our best to minimize the delays as much as we can. Please be informed that Zendesk is not a CSR outsourcing company but a cloud-based customer service application which we use to communicate with our customers. The problem with first pair was reported on 4th Sep and it was sorted out on 5th Sep as we processed a new order on the very next day.
We are extremely sorry to know about your dissatisfaction with the replacement glasses. Regrettably, we never received any email regarding the issue with new glasses and the issue has been escalated with the technical support. On rare occasions, some email servers block some emails.

Pros- I bought two pairs of glasses, they look great and it feels like the got the script right. (I've seen other comments that they mess up scripts) the frames feel well made.
Cons- They take extremely long to get. I've used 4 other companies before to get glasses and have never waited for than two weeks. It took 32 days from placing order, till receiving them. I'm just guessing, but if the 3rd party there business out to other states or counties, that should be disclosed. I requested tracking and info on who they were using to send the glasses and the customer service rep avoided the question and instead told me they were refunding the express shipping and that the glasses were being sent to the shipping facility. WHICH is vague.
I did finally receive a tracking number, literally the day before I got them. Checked that number and it only took 4 days from CA. Which is a pretty normal ship time... So why is goggles4U charging for expedited shipping with a 10-12 day wait? This company feels sketchy.

I got my glasses after five weeks. I ordered two Pairs both bifocal with same prescription. One with chromatic and other with blue color blocking. I am happy with quality of glasses. I wish I had selected better frame though. I selected frame that was on sale. It is Okay frame. Glasses are real good and I can see clearly both reading as well as driving. I do not need t move my head up and down to see clearly
However only complain I have is, it took took them twice the time than what I expected when I placed order. Fortunately I had other pair so it was not emergency for me. I will order again.

They are a SCAM. Waiting 3 weeks for delivery of my glasses. When you call them the call goes to another country Called credit card company to report them and dispute the charges. Look at all the BBB complaints on this company.

I received my glasses after a 6 week wait and am now very very disappointed, there is something wrong with my order as they give you a headache if you wear them for more than five minutes, I have tried to log in to send them back and ask for refund but my account is frozen or locked out, please help [email protected] I am so disappointed and desperately wanted them to work as I need them desperately ken gould
Incredibly impressed with this company. Bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses from them and forgot to put my discount code in. Spoke to them on webchat and they happily refunded the difference, very pleasant staff. Glasses arrived very quickly withing 2 weeks and the quality for the price is great. Will be using them again!

Took 2 months to finally arrive from the USA.
If your not in a hurry buy from these guys. Because they have excellent choice of frames and their lenses are 10/10.
They just need to get their delivering faster/ sorted to alot less time.

In the UK, the individual trading via "goggles4u.co.uk" is a UK individual who registered with Reg-123 Ltd as "Skybeans", real name unknown at present, living at 132 Redcliffe Street, Rodbourne, Swindon SN2 2BY. You can the the terraced house at that address using Google StreetView, it's in a residential area and whoever "Skybeans" is, he or she is breaking Nominet rules as they claimed that they were not trading.
