Coating on glasses cracked liked crazy paving. Refused to replace them as 4 months old. Offered me a discount to buy some more - yeah right I'm that stupid I'm going to buy more rubbish that'll last 4 months. Plenty more honourable companies to buy from. Avoid this one, sharp practice!

I've ordered several pairs of glasses from Goggles4u for myself & my grandson. They are great glasses & the best prices I've ever found. I've bought glasses from our eye doctor & other companies & these are our favorite. You seriously can't beat their prices especially with the coupons. I've been getting 73% off my entire order with codes that they've emailed me. The quality depends on which frames you purchase. The frames that cost around $6 are not as strong as the frames that cost around $30 but they all are decent glasses. They have every type of lenses you could possibly need & several thousand different frames, even designer frames. Both my grandson & I can see perfectly with the glasses that I've ordered. Now we both have prescription sunglasses, glasses that go from light to dark outside & lots of regular glasses. I'll definitely be ordering more!
They take about 3 weeks to get to me but ordering from my eye doctor takes a week to days most of the time.
Its extremely easy to order from this company too.
I have no idea why some people are saying this is a scam. I literally bought myself 9 pairs of progressive bifocal glasses for the same price that I bought 1 pair from my eye doctor.
I love Goggles4u & I'm so glad that I found them.
Ordered glasses, cheap ones so the expectations were not high. First pair broke within 3 weeks. I ordered a new pair, said it was delivered but no package. I know that may not be thier fault. But the customer service is probably the worst I have had with an online merchant. Stay Awy!

My order for my glasses was wrong. The PD was typed incorrectly also the numbers for the bifocals. These male employees are so very disrespectful. Never again. Please think twice before purchasing from Goggles4U as they may not be what you expect or deserve.

Very worst customer service. I received glasses late. The glasses were not good quality but that is okay If I am paying less, I will get bad quality. But what about glasses are making headache because those are not aligned properly and not good quality. I requested Googles4U for the return label to return and fix the glasses for me. But they told me that I have to pay for shipping back and forth for this or I have to pay more than what I paid for replacement. Though I have no fault. I made big mistake buying glasses at Googles4U, without reading reviews here.

I bought 3 pairs of glasses. All the glasses worked great. Their customer service chat on the website solves problems very fast.
Significantly less than Zenn*. I ordered three different pairs of glasses. All were correct prescriptions. Great prices (at least 30% less than zen**) and a year later, the glasses are doing fine. I read the other reviews and personally didn; t encounter any problems. Have purchased twice from Zen* and yes, they are superior customer service, but saved a significant amount with Goggles4U and had no problems. Don't forget to googl* coupon codes before payment.
I've ordered more than a dozen pair in the last year or so. I used different accounts, so it's hard to tell how many exactly. The first pair of "readers" the Rx was waaay off, but they quickly made that right. My second pair of plastic readers had one arm "disintegrate" where it joins the frame after 5 weeks, but of the 7 or 8 pair of cheap readers, this was the only one to suffer from that. I've bought readers for as little as $6.95 plus shipping, so they're a steal. Better to get metal frames though for a few $$$ more. Be sure to search for the best codes out there, I've gotten 71% (or was it 73%?) off on some pairs. Production, processing and shipping have always been slower than I liked, so I've paid for the quickest form of shipping in the past. OK, here's the current problem. I ordered dark sunglasses with "the works" for around $33 on December 23. They are still in production! Their Chat Rep told me that they were in "Tint" yesterday, February 2,2022, but 41 days and still not complete is a major disappointment. If you need glasses in a "hurry", less than 2 weeks, go somewhere else. I have no idea when I will get my sunglasses, hopefully before the summer of 2022 has ended. Oh yeah, they can never really tell you when they will be shipped or arrive with any certainty. Staff, mostly through Chat but a couple of phone calls, have always been polite and professional. I really do hope that they get over their current issues quickly.

I have ordered my glasses on Christmas day, 36 days later, my account says completed but no communication to track the package. I called the 800 number and they say it is on its way; a week later, they say it's within 5 business days. Price is secondary, tracking and communication are a must. My order #*******840

I unfortunately ordered my new script from Goggles 4U because it showed I'd get my glasses in 2 week's.
I ordered 12/16. Customer service is an absolute joke. Most times u get no response and if u do it's the same reply, with NO results. I FINALLY got an email today and it says ANOTHER 10 to 12 days to be delivered.
If your needing glasses try Zennia, or Walmart anywhere besides here, trust me you will not be happy.

I have now been waiting for a refund for near on 3 months. I have been chasing this constantly and escalated to a 'manager' to be sent the same generic email with unreasonable excuses. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on 12/12 expecting shipment before Christmas. I have not received them yet, and status still shows PRODUCTION, where it has been since 12/13. This was supposed to take 10 days to produce.
Only message they give you is scripted, apologies for the delay, we will inform production etc. I am requesting an order cancellation and refund. I have raised a dispute with Amazon, next step if no response is a dispute with my credit card provider.

Goggles4U has very bad and rude customer service. You get glasses very cheap but you may not able to wear those, you get those either broken or bend. I order 15 glasses in the last one and half years thinking that I might be making errors on size and look, but then realize that their website has issues.

I received my glasses today and they are PERFECT. Stop buying your glasses from the Eyeglass Company that gave you Prescription. Take the Prescription and buy from this Company. My prescription is Progressive.

Poor email response, 3 months and still not received my order, last email stated that they had gone to final process and would take 3-4 days then an email to say they are being dispatched, now day 8 on and still no email to say they are ready.
More emails, no response, telephoned this morning 12 Nov, still in production! They'll ship when ready, asked when will that be, " They are in production at the moment" standard robots answer, they switched me to a call center I suspect in India, so next step is to go via my Daily Mail consumers investigations of this US companies reputation with UK consumers, I'll keep you posted, my advice is if you are in the UK, give them a miss.

I have been a customer for years. Service has gone to hell in hand basket. DO NOT shop here. Will Never shop or buy here in future. I originally ordered glasses a few months back. They did not send me an email stating they were mailing me my glasses, by the time I reached out to them they had said my glasses were delivered. They had me double check with my post office, which I did, then they made me a new pair and sent them out to me pretty quickly. The only reason I ordered from them again was because they handled the last situation so promptly. The second time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong prescription glasses. I contacted them and they requested a copy of the script which I sent them. About 2 days later I got an email that they were redoing them and putting them in the mail. It's now been. 2 months and I STILL DO NOT have my glasses. Everytime I reach out to them my emails go unanswered. All I want is a refund so I can go somewhere else. Horrible company to deal with.

In the UK, the individual trading via "goggles4u.co.uk" is a UK individual who registered with Reg-123 Ltd as "Skybeans", real name unknown at present, living at 132 Redcliffe Street, Rodbourne, Swindon SN2 2BY. You can the the terraced house at that address using Google StreetView, it's in a residential area and whoever "Skybeans" is, he or she is breaking Nominet rules as they claimed that they were not trading.
