I've been a Goggles4u Canada customer for many years now, and I can't speak highly enough about their service and value.
Recently, I ordered a pair of progressive lenses with the thinnest option available. When they arrived, I experienced some distortion issues. I thought it was Goggles4u fault but it was not. I realized it was actually due to thinner lenses often causing distortion and so only get the really thin ones if you need super strong prescriptions.
Here's where Goggles4u truly impressed me. Instead of brushing me off, they took full responsibility and sent me two completely free replacement pairs with the former lens type that worked well for me. This went far above and beyond what I expected. That service should completely eliminates the fear that many people have about buying glasses online.
What I love about Goggles4u is the value. I'm paying roughly $50 per pair for quality progressive lenses with all the coatings included. In my proof of purchases you'll see them at just over $200 with the price comped but when I purchased it was 2 for 1 sale so I paid just over $100 for 2 pairs. Locally, the same thing runs $500–$800 per pair. My wife just needed new glasses because her prescription changed in the past year. Her locally-purchased pair from last year is now essentially worthless.
Goggles4u's willingness to work with me even when I made the mistake as well as the price... literally 7-10% of the price of local options... I'm a loyal customer for life.
Had these glasses since the endo April this year. The frame has failed on the right side. They cannot help me as the warranty period is 15 DAYS!
Ordered and received varifocal glasses, poor quality and when wearing the lenses really distorted vision, requested refund but Goggles4u insisted they send another pair free of charge, the second pair was equally as useless, in fact gave dangerous uncomfortable vision. Notified them of my disappointment and requested a refund, Goggles4u offered a returns pack that never arrived so I paid out of my own pocket for the return, they refused to refund me for this. Eventually they agreed to refund for the glasses, the refund was promised within 4 days, it's been 9 days so far and no refund seen. Avoid this supplier as the glasses are poor quality, the lenses are dangerous, the sales support is awful although the staff do try to appease, the company lets their customers, and staff, down. Do yourself a favour and buy from a high street outlet.

Useless. Glasses fell apart. They only offer a 3 month warentee. These do NOT work out cheap if you have to replace them every 3 months. I will be avioding these 100% in the future. My advise save your money and buy quality it will save you money in the longer term.

I have used Goggles4u many times and they've always delivered the right glasses. However, for my most recent order, an incorrect prescription was delivered. I did raise the issue with Customer Services who asked if I would like a replacement. After replying that I would be happy to receive a replacement, they simply started blanking my emails. No response whatsoever! So, I am now contacting my credit card for a dispute. In summary, it's all good until there's a problem. If something goes wrong, don't expect anything in terms of customer service. Quite disappointing indeed!

After 18 months of wearing my Googles4u glasses the nose pad completely came away from the bridge. I am very careful with my glasses and always put them away in the glass case when not in use. As you would usually expect a pair of glasses to last longer than 18 months, I regarded them not of satisfactory quality and asked Googles4u to either repair, replace or refund my money under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their response was to dismiss my claim and say that they only give one month's guarantee. As the glasses were just under £100 I am unable to make a section 75 claim from my credit card company. Although the glasses were reasonably priced this is definitely reflected in the low quality of the materials used. You have been warned!

CHEAP is what you get. Stay away
I would give zero stars if I could. Took one month to ship from Mississauga to Niagara Falls. It's a one hour drive. When the glasses arrived, they were broken. I contacted Goggles4u. Numerous e-mails back and forth. I spent way too much effort just trying to get a refund that I finally gave up.
They just wanted to send me another CHEAP pair of glasses, I already have seen the build quality, all I wanted was a refund. I would stay away from here, bad customer service.
Purchased 4 pairs in total, 3 of which for distance and one for screen work in August. Arrived after many many weeks of waiting, used for a few weeks and the protective coating has peeled away from the screen lenses. The arms are weak which I would expect from such a cheap frame but the coasting issue has rendered the glasses unwearable. This is the last thing I'd expect to happen to a pair of glasses used for a matter of weeks.
Contacted the email address they provide almost as soon as I received them to say the prescription didn't feel right but of course they chose to ignore that.
All customer services could do was tell me they are out of the 15 day warranty (I mean they don't ship them until the 15 day warranty is up so that tells you something!), then had the audacity to offer me a 37% discount on another pair.
Save your money and avoid Goggles4U as it'll cost you more in the long run.

They mucked up my prescription and won't offer any refund as it is "outside our 15 day warranty". Sadly it took me more than 2 weeks to work out that the problem was their glasses and not my eyes.
As we are not optical experts we trust these people to make glasses that are safe to drive in, and these are not.
How do you know that they have made your glasses correctly? My best tip is to avoid googles4u.
The email spamming for "get even more incorrectly made glasses" is relentless, even after asking to unsubscribe.
Even though they provably made my glasses incorrectly they refuse any sort of refund or fixing their mistake due to their laughably short so-called warranty.

Order 3 sets of glasses. 1st 2 pairs recieved were wrong lenses. Sent back, recieved both. Never received the 3rd pair. Customer Service was less than acceptable. I have all chat logs, pictures, proof they are TERRIBLE.

On September 14th, 2024, I ordered some progressive reading glasses from Goggles4u. They were shipped to me on the 25th and I received them about a week later. The prescription was wrong on every level. I could not see near or far. It was like looking through coke bottles. I requested to send them back and get a refund the day I received them. Over the next two months I communicated with them over a dozen times and every time I received the same automatic reply. No offer of a refund. I finally got my bank involved and after a while they finally refunded my money.

I placed two orders this year. I had to wait nearly a month for the first order and only received it after I reached out with a complaint. I am still waiting for the second order and it's been a month! I've reached out to customer care but they don't seem to care and are unwilling to give me any type of update or let me know when to expect my order. I would NOT recommend this company unless you don't actually mind waiting and not seeing.
I didn't realize when I ordered the glasses that they would be coming from overseas. It's listed on their website but it's not clear when you're checking out. You have to go look for the shipping info. They do offer rush delivery & I would've paid extra for it but I thought I'd get my glasses about a week or so after I ordered them. It's almost been a month since I ordered them & I still don't have them. They're probably still drifting in the Atlantic Ocean somewhere. I can't attest to the quality of the glasses only the shipping. That alone makes me never want to buy from them again & to warn others.
I would not recommend Goggles4U.com & will never buy from them again.

Stay away fromGoggles4u.com@ any cost. Here are the reasons.
1. It takes months to make glasses and you have to bug them to get the glasses. It's like a black-hole.
2. The quality of their lenses and frames are extremely poor, very brittle like made from junk materials. Besides, the coatings they advertise either aren't there or just wears off in days.
3. The thin lenses they advertise isn't made of 1.67 thickness rather made of extremely thick plastic lenses.
4. Most of the times glasses are not made as per prescription and some times are quite off.
In response to Googles4u I like to mention that the company should stop deceptive practices in their replies coz. All order #s had been shared as requested via email through and due to confidentiality wasn't posted here. This kind of deceitful practice is a common theme of this company to mask late shipment and pass on inferior products. Anyway here are the order #s again, *******956, *******757, *******173 etc.

Don't buy from them. They lie saying they have refunded. When they haven't. They charge for returns for their mistakes. They don't respond to emails and only respond via PayPal no guts the reply to their customers. Shocking company 😑

Never received my purchase, no response from "customer service" after several weeks and their ONE response before that, to my request for a tracking number, was unprofessional to a point that betrays that this is not a company but a scammer in his basement. Impossible to reach "them" by phone, complete radio silence to my emails. This is a scam, period.

Unfortunately I cannot review the product because I've yet to receive anything. I placed my order 2/18 and as of today, 4/18, I've still not received my glasses ("stuck in customs", apparently..."order has been remade", apparently...). On 4/12, my most recent contact with customer service, I was told my order would arrive at their US center in 24-48 hours, then be shipped out to me. Six days later and still no shipping notification. So while they may (?) produce good glasses and the price is certainly great, knowing there is constantly a 100% chance your order could get stuck in customs and never arrive pretty well negates everything else. I'm at a point where I'm going to give it until morning of 4/22 and then just process a chargeback with my bank. Disappointing.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from here and they have all been great. Twice I had an issue due to my doctor, NOT Goggles4u but both times Goggles4u replaced my glasses for free. They didn't have to but they did. Their customer service is amazing and they always respond within just a few hours but most of the time a few minutes. I'm old so my prescriptions aren't basic. I have progressive lenses. I have astigmatism and bifocals so they aren't just basic glasses and I have never had an issue. The cost of their glasses compared to other places is ridiculously cheap and the sales they have are better than any I have seen. You just can't go wrong with this place. I'll admit I was skeptical in the beginning but now they are my go-to for all of my glasses.

In the UK, the individual trading via "goggles4u.co.uk" is a UK individual who registered with Reg-123 Ltd as "Skybeans", real name unknown at present, living at 132 Redcliffe Street, Rodbourne, Swindon SN2 2BY.
