I used 2 of their services: assisted purchase and item forwarding
Assisted purchase did not work too bad I paid via bank transfer and it took sometime for them to confirm the payment and they were fairly quick to make the purchase on ebay afterward.
Second service didn't work at all, I made a second bank transfer to pay the shipping the 25 of May and until now they did not ship anything. Of course I did try 6-7 times to contact their support chat service to inquire about my shipping and 2 days ago a certain Peter told me "I confirm we received your money for the shipping we are sorry about the delay and your item will be sent in the next 24 hours!"
And you guessed it they did not send anything. And when I contact them again they talk to me as if they dont know me.
I completely lost it and I keep insulting them at this point. I am so amazed how savage and unprofessionnal those people are its almost funny.
I told one of those clowns in the chat "when you put my laptop on ebay to resell it dont forget to send me an email and I may buy it if the price is right :)"
What do you want me to do, I can't keep chassing those clown undefinitly. Yes I lost 1000 usd for the laptop + their fees for assisted purchade + an other 100 usd for the shipping but it what it is..

Bunch of the staffs barely can type mails and are just unprofessional. After one week of mail war they have come to compensate me 5 dollars against 150 dollars. It would want you to earn some merits by donating that money to charity. I vow to never use your services again.
I had my parcels in my storage and it was nearing end of my free storage. I tried to increase my free storag as postal services to my country has been hit hard due to covid and prices were exorbitantly high. After one month I see two of my package bus out of my storage. I was alarmed and contacted them. There is a huge communication gap between their front desk and warehouse. The packages couldn't be located so in short I ended up losing my very loving items and my money. I had been a customer since 2017 and now I have decided to never use their services again. Very disheartening! Don't use their services. They have made quite many mistakes like pasting one invoice with one item whereas the parcel contained several items in the past I somehow managed them from customs but this time it was beyond forgiveness
Very impressed service by Global shopaholics. They showed many shipping options to delivery packages. They was just as awesome as the first time. They responded super fast and was really nice to deal with. The pricing was very sensible. Delivery was very safe and quick. Keep it up guys!

DO NOT USE GLOBAL SHOPAHOLICS FOR THEIR "DECEITFUL" SERVICES.
I noticed there is a "DECEPTIVE PATTERN" from Global Shopaholics of using UNSCRUPULOUS methods of sending packages without one or two items that are missing or misplaced. Then miraculously that package REAPPEARS in the account weeks later.
This ATROCIOUS method is not a one-time incident, other customers have made COMPLAINTS similar to mine. As a result of this, it has happened to other customers who had used Global Shopaholics DIABOLICAL UNTRUSTWORTHY NON-EXISTENT customer service. I WON'T BE THE LAST!
INCIDENT:
My package *******746 (without an image) was missing from the Shipment ID: *******.
33 DAYS LATER! My package (*******746) re-appeared and expected for me to pay the additional shipping cost. When the package (*******746) was in the warehouse in the first place. THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST!
I GUARANTEE the employees who worked for Global Shopaholics would certainly NOT RECOMMEND their CUNNING SERVICES to their family and friends and DISCOURAGE to not use their services; as they are fully aware of the DEVIOUS operations continuously re-occurring within the company.
Gaining CUSTOMER LOYALTY is quite easy at the beginning of the customer-company relationship. Once the LOYALTY has been ABUSED and EXPLOITED, that LOYALTY is very difficult to regain from the customer, more so from future customers who read this review.
Please organise your operations otherwise you will continue receiving DISSATISFACTORY REVIEWS!

The site doesn't use the same methodical ways of shipping like other sites, you tell them what you want and they will do it to the T with extra care if you specify it in the special requests. I shipped a bunch of very big hardcover books and collectable comics which arrived safely. I have used different sites and this one gives the BEST prices for shipping among their competitors and customer service is fast within working hours. I have been in contact with Elia and i have had an amazing experience so far. Will be using them for a long time.

I can confirm it was an amazing experience, the system is great, they take free pictures of your shipment
The weight of the shipment was accurate every time, they have several carriers such as aramex and fedex dhl
And several payment options such as paypal bitcoin credit card
You can give them instruction in the way your shipment will be ( in terms of packaging, fragile stickers, remove brown boxes or put extra bubble bags for extra protection)
You can track your shipment in their system or the carrier system
Their staff are friendly and they are well trained and experienced in twitter or in their chat system

Liars, thieves, bad customer service, I would not recommend anyone to deal with them. I have a shipment that arrived to them and they did not admit it knowing that it was proven to them that they received it in the warehouse and unfortunately I denied it

Global shopaholics has been may go to forwader for non-vlouminous items. They are not always the fastest as processing but their pricing are decent.

Since December the service from GS has declined to the point of pathetic... I've had a package consolidated and paid shipping sitting in the warehouse for over a month... The only way I get contacted is thru Instagram and I have to Shame them into responding... whoever wrote the 5 Review, must work for them... Peter constantly puts me off and hangs up on me...

The worst company that I have dealt with, 17/02/2021 I have shipment took 2 weeks to be prepared. After shipping was returned to them, since then I'm trying to get refund but no respond. Also, I ask them to deliver it to another company but they ignore and dely till today11/03/2021
