I have used Global Shoppaholics over the years to buy stuff in the US and ship it abroad (to both Europe and China).
They are predictable, responsive and helpful in the process. I would recommend them to others.
For shipping to China, I would recommend to use DHL since the experience is more predictable and easy, not raising strange requirements to ship products. Last time I was shipping Loft clothes and Global Shopaholics was raising strange requirements from another carrier!
Since they are based in Delaware, there is no sales tax, so more competitive shopping in the US.

Few years ago, I would rate their service to be one of the worst. Now a day, whatever they have done, just simply great. They improved their service by a mile. Chat and support are knowledgeable and very helpful. Website user interface is more attractive and efficient. Processing speed is great. I really hope they keep it up.

Congratulations to the entire Global Shopaholics team, They were super helpful and patient with me... My box arrived in very good condition and the products were well packed, I didn't even have to ask to add bubble wrap hahaha, top! I really loved the services, they just had to inform the days when the carriers go to collect the products from the warehouse before the customer makes the payment.

Já há algum tempo que tenho enviado as minhas encomendas pela Global e até aqui posso dizer que tenho tido experiências satisfatórias e que não penso em trocar de parceiro

I'm in a country that far away from USA as I'm ordering between time and another from USA but many websites dose not ships directly to my country when I found global shopaholics that was like a final solution to sovle my problem

The was perfect with straight forward receiving then sending nice and quick. Once it got popular and customers started ordering service was getting worse and worse everyday, they don't answer the phone they some kind of google phone.

An item was missing from the package although all the shipments were photographed before final consolidation.

Finally, my last incident, I ordered a lot of expensive items my total shipping cost exceeded $500. After several attempts to pay and several attempts to contact customer service I was told to make a bank transfer to shopaholic account.
I made the transfer (with no connection to the website) then struggling once again with connecting to customer service….after finally contacting customer service I was told to write a good review about shopaholics while the rep finalizes the shipment.

Bottom line was I stopped using Shopaholics and switched to a different company.

Global shopaholics provides great services and they really helpful. One of the best in their field. They are careful when packing and they ship fast. Their prices are really good as well.

A great customer service specially from William and Steve wish them all the best a great example of customer service
