I am a tech lover guy, mostly i shopped online gaming things from USA. And most of my budget gone through shipping, but someone recommend me this company and litteraly, they charge very less and provide fast shipping and the main thing is they co-operate alot.
Never use this company if you actually want your order. My wife ordered a parcel using their services. The parcel was delivered and then after we arranged onward shipping and paid the cost they lost the item. We have been waiting weeks for them to refund all of the costs and now today they have finally refunded just the cost of the shipping despite telling us they would refund in full given they lost the item. Just shocking and terrible customer service as well.
I lost a lot of packages and they told me to ask amazon for the refund?

It's a big fraud company, I support please never ever use their services at all. They simply hold shipment, asks invoices, IDs and bank statement and debit card images and all. Finally, they ship different package. I have purchased iphone 13 red color for $799. They received the shipment and I requested them to ship my brother address inside USA. But they delivered an iphone 13 green color box with iphone XR damaged phone. If you want to lose money then only use Globalshopaholics

I have received a few packages and planned to get them when I return back home as I was travelling around.
When Logged into the system after some time to check the recently arrived parcels I saw I was charged 170$ of storage fees for 3 packages exeeding the storage period
They have not sent a single reminder email regarding this, when I contacted them they said maybe your items are destroyed! (I have then read their terms and conditions and could see after the storage period + 15 days they may sell the item in auction!) but they were saying we have destroyed it (Maybe being stolen!)
Be carefull as they are not even following their own terms and policy!

EVERY STEP OF THE WAY THE CUSTOMER NEED TO ASK WHAT IS WRONG. YOU MIGHT GET AN ANSWER A FEW DAYS LATER. WHEN THAT IS DONE YOU WAIT A WEEK THINKING THAT THE PROCESS IS MOVING FORWARD. THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. IM THINKING THAT I GAVE THIS GROUP $520 OF DOOR KNOBS THAT ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. ***TO ALL. ****THIS GROUP IS HARD TO DEAL WITH. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING BETTER. The customer service could be improve in terms of responsiveness. My last shipment took around 26 days to arrive, which is impressive!
