Global Shopaholics rates are low and I wasn't expecting that much Low rates. Definitely will use them again in the future!
I received my package today and nothing goes missing or stolen. In short globalshopaholics is very good platform for sending products to another place.
I've ordered three glass vases to be consolidated, they were very delicate and expensive. They took the time not only to bubble wrap each case individually but make sure the inside of each vase was protected as well. You can tell that they took their time and creating my shipment and it's very appreciated

This "company" is the worst entity I've dealt with. Regardless if it's a package forwarder or a grocery store. In term of service and being helpful, or speed of response if they ever respond to you. The owner's name is * and i have no doubt that he is a thief. Once a package leaves their doors they will not care if your stuff get to you or not on complain they will tell you to contact the shipping company and when you contact them they ask that you speak with the send i. E. * who will not respond to your chat request or email or anything. I tried my best get a phone for this company but i could not. My advice to anyone who want to do business with them is to stay away and pay more to another company to get a better service.

Its almost over 2 months now since my 5 package arrive at their warehouse but still no words from them. I tried all my effort by sending them tons of email, chat all most a everyday and still not got reply. But believe me i wont give up. Its mine, and you, globalshopaholics, dont have a right to take my package. If someone in US read this review, please help me. Perhaps contacting by contacting local police in
Delaware. Your help really appreciated.
I warn to all new customer, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. It sucks and they will steal your package and disappear. Please choose other forwarding company who has phone number customer service to reach. This company who own by Dr. Muhammad Zulqarnain dont have any phone number and originally from Virginia. To Mr. Zulqarnain if you read review, you need to contact me, i include my contact below. This not how you run the company, you only disgrace muslim community around the world, including me.

I have 5 package now sitting on their warehouse. 3 package has been consolidated and i already paid the shipping cost. I paid it on friday and till this day (Wednesday) i never receive any confimation shipping or any tracking number! I need this package immediately and i paid the fastest shipping via DHL. And now i just wasting my money on this expensive shipping.
My other package also been consolidated but when i make a payment, there's only one shipping option availabe. I tried to contact them on Friday and they said they have a problem with their website. They said they will fix it on Monday. But until this day, there's no news or any progress. I have tried to contact them via chat, email *******@globalshopaholics.com and never got any reply from them. Looks like they disapppear to another planet.
Im really piss off with their service and im really worry all my package will vanish. This is nightmare experience using their service. I've been fooled because i read other reviewer here. They service is suck. I suggest to another people DO NOT use their service until they resolve their issue.

I live in Qatar and shipped a shipment from America by GLOBAL SHOPAHOLICS and my experience was wonderful and honestly I was surprised from the shipping rates and it is the cheapest shipping rates at all! Of all shipping companies and I was amazed about their repacking for shipment they use they used the EXACT, SPECIFIC, AND ACCURATE size of the box containing the my items without leaving any extra space in the box that saves shipping costs a lot.
After i read the reviews it seemed to me a good company so i tried it and my first try was done SUCCESSFULLY i was really amazed! Surprised! With these rates its really the cheapest rates you'll find among all fright forwarder companies i promise you, so don't try to search for a company JUST TRY THIS COMPANY.
After careful research and review of their service on twitter, I decided shop using their services. I used their assisted purchase shopping where I had to pay 5% of my total bill. Which in opinion is fair, they purchased iPhone on my behalf, check it, took picture and very carefully consolidate it before shipping it to me.
I faced a issue during my second shipment, well every business makes mistakes but these guys immediately took care of it.
Over all, I am really satisfied with their service. They are so much better than other package forwarders. They don't charge me for storage, addresses or stuff like that. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. Enjoyed shopping with them.
This is my update on my original review
I had asked them to forward another package. I had paid for it in Jan and its been 9 months and they still haven't shipped it. I have provided them with paypal payment details and yet they have no update. I have contacted their customer support multiple times and they have no update. They don't have any solution.

I have sent them over 10 emails and I have received no response.
Their name should global steala holics cause they will just steal your stuff.
They marked my item as shipped on 10th May. Item was supposed to be delivered in 7-8 business days. 10 days later I check up with them and comes out the courier company hasn't even received the package. After constant follow up for next 5 days they ask me for the invoices of all the packages and now they want the ID proofs. Why would they make me wait for 15 days?
They aren't to be trusted. You might save some amount on shipping but they might just steal your products so be careful

I honestly can't say enough about this company, it's people, and the service. I have several orders completed and more in the works. They've literally shipped hundreds of items to my overseas address. Packing is superb, the prices are rock-bottom, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They're also fast. The new website is friendly, detailed, gives me real images of purchased items, and allows me to prepare my own waybills. I've used a lot of shipping and shopping services, but never any as professional and reasonable as Global Shopaholics. <3

I don't normally review companies but because I ran into some problem and they helped me right away so I wanted to review them. Amazingly low international shipping prices I have ever seen and the best customer service especially Josh helped me a lot.
It was a first great Experience ever for me in online shipping, I have used other package forwarding Companies to ship my HVAC equipment for my business from US. But after using GS, I have saved enough dollars on my shipment, and i think it was a good decision to switch Shipping Company.
GS did a great job for me, they repack every item perfectly, and the weight and size of the package were measured accurately.
