I have read many negative reviews on Global Shopaholics but i think most of the people don t understand that Global Shopaholics is not the cheapest way to send just one packet from USA to the rest of the world but instead the best way to save shipping cost from multiple purchases from different stores and repack in less boxes than the original, also some stores don't ship outside USA so in this way you can have the goods dispatched to your USA address, also you can store your purchases for 180 days without fees in the Global Shopaholics warehouse so you have time to collect and save money on shipping, the help desk was very supportive and really cleaned up the mess that sometime i have done with my orders, hope this review help others to better understand in which way you can save money with Global Shopaholics

I am very satisfied with the service. My packages were very fast forwarded and the shipping price is very cheap. I didn't pay any customs and that's a huge thumbs-up from me.

A really terrible company. Customer service is basically non-existent.
I had 4 packages be delivered FEB 3 2020. NO updates within the website. I messaged their customer service chat and they blamed USPS. They state USPS always UPDATES their trackers BEFORE the package is deemed delivered. 2 FULL days later and still the same BS. Now they refuse to answer my questions, comments and concerns within their mobile chat, they just '' end chat ''. Phone numbers don't work or no one ever picks up.
Please get back to myself ASAP as I am livid with your LLC.

Theft - they will make you beg for your package to be shipped.
You should expect your items to be stolen by their employees or to spend weeks getting to know the individual employees to get anything moving.
- Its been 18 days since my package arrived and they have not shipped them.
- You need to pay may for an 'express' service. This is still a few weeks to get anything shipped.
- They play the game by moving the package through KPIs. They 'ship' the items by creating the shipping label, but Aramex has not yet recieved the package. Meaning they just want to blame it on Aramex for slow shipping or even theft. They will incorrectly mark the status of the item just to show an 'express' service but the danger is that item get lost this way.
- No body knows where my package is. Aramex says they've never received it; and I believe them not GS.
- No customer service whatsoever. No phone line to call. The live chat feature is only available on SOME days (50% of weekdays it's down) and they don't work weekends.
- Expect to make friends with individual employees (e.g. William) if you want anything moving. I'm now on the good side of William (I think) which means he created the shipping label but not shipped it. I will wait and pray the live chat is live again sometime next week for me to ENQUIRE about my package. It wont get shipped of course; don't be unreasonable.
- You will get to know their operation intimately; the developer team go home before 3pm. They are required (for some reason) for your package to be shipped.
- "Call back tomorrow" as early as lunch - even the DMV is better.
Use Shipito or MyUS for a better experience. I've discovered my complaints with those guys are nothing (e.g. I used to get frustrated when they shipped packages the day after instead of same day).

I have been using, myus, shipitto, fishisfast and have decided to try globalshopagolics - and found out that guys simply don't have customer support or helpdesk available. Have filled a shipment on 29th of October and today is 11 of November - shipment is still pending consolidation. I have tried to contact someone on this and found out that there is no direct contact on issues like that. The only available method is online chat which is available on US working ours (company which is pretending to ship worldwide) only and the is not not able to solve the issue. Pls stay away.

I've been using their system over 3 years, and have no big issue since then
Sometimes there are some problems that they try their best to fix it as soon as possible
Their rate are cheapest out there and they are really friendly
For my experience of this site i c it's the best forwarder i ever used before it make you free controlling withyour packages as you are the forwarder
Also they have good term specially (Muhammad Jawad) he's a good helper and assistant you with every problems you had
Worst customer service ever. I explained to these people that I needed to change my address to a local one because I was coming back from overseas to the US and they denied my request. How I am supposed send it and get it back. If i am going back there for good. Worst customer service ever. Don't use this service at all. Not recommended for anyone to use.

They are very slow and unreliable and many hidden fee I won't recommend to ship with them. They will wast and steal your shipment and blame the courier for it and the manager even worst

All I have to say is that there shipping prices are the lowest in the market.
I have attached the box pictures to have an idea on the weight.
Completely untrustworthy! I shipped a package here because they said tax free! And so I shipped a package to their address and now they said that they do not ship in the United States. They have kept my package and items hostage and won't give them back to me! Over $10,000 worth of merchandise and they are now keep my items! This company is a scam! And I will be filing a lawsuit.
