These people are scammers and will take your items and disappear. Do not trust them at all. I have 2 iPhone 7plus 128gb, a 1terabyte hardrive, various clothing's with them since a month now. Other shipping companies I used already delivered but global shopaholics are probably flexing on my products. I know they are scammers because I am a victim.

It was my first time using globalshopaholics.com, but the service was brilliant. The concept is brilliant and the customer support is fantastic.

They are scammers. They took my items and my friends and never sent them. They also agreed to be scammers. It's been weeks now and they have stopped responding and agreed they are scammer already. So nobody should use them.

I have been using Global Shopaholics but now their service make me feel to give them a review regarding their service on consolidation and time managing. Else then this a quick chat and support service is also great i prefer global shopaholics

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
It takes two months to send me a shipment that pays the first day, a month ago they sent me a shipping number but in the end they did not send my package.
For 20 days they have not responded to my Mail in their email address, they do not update their ticket system.
The chat employees are friendly but they do not solve anything, they just tell you that they send an email to the department. But they do not listen to them and nobody answers you.
Nobody gives you information about who you can solve your problem with, there is no way to talk to a responsible person.
I am really worried that my engagement ring is in that package, and nobody gives me a solution, I fear the worst.
The feeling of impotence that you create is exasperating.

I paid 120 euros for two products from Amazon. Amazon was asking for 70 euros for shipping costs including custom fees. I chose globalshopaholics to pay less as they claim. The result is 60 euros shipping and 170 euros customs. 3 times more than what I would pay through Amazon. In total i have to pay 350 euros for sth that costs 120 euros. I even asked If they can accept the parcel back to US and they asked for 300 euros. That is insane. Even customer service was totally unwilling to help. Terrible service.

Every Country has its own Customs Rules & Regulations. And we cover just shipping, client do pay to their customs. Secondly, Shipper charge that much amount ($300) for returning the items. I hope you get this.
