Thank you for your review! We're glad your flowers were a hit on Mother's Day and apologize that the floral food wasn't included. To refresh your blooms, add 1 teaspoon of sugar (or clear soda like Sprite) per 25–50 stems, and change the water and rinse your vase every 2–3 days.

Mothers day roses

My flowers came on time! The white roses were beautiful and big. I also ordered pink bonita roses, they were not as pretty. The pink ones were still closed and i did my best to open them but didn't really work.

Hydrangea order

The flowers came on the day I specified in my order, but nobody told me that I could leave a signature at the door so they could be left at my house. I ended up calling FEDEX 6 times to try and locate them and was told several different things about arranging a pick up.
I had to drive 45min to pick them up and they were wilted and some crushed in the box. Hoping they're ok for Saturday

However, you do have the option to request a signature release, which allows FedEx to leave the box at your door without requiring someone to be home. The flowers were left on front porch. We were not at hgome and happened to see box when pulling in the driveway, The bo's was mashed in but flowers were ok and have opened up after placing them in water.

Beautiful Yellow Spray Roses!

Ordered yellow spray roses:
(held up for 9 days! Still just as beautiful!)
- 5/7/2025: Delivered to VA
- 5/7-5/8: Made boutonnieres
- 5/8: Packaged in cool airtight container and refrigerated - 5/9: Packed container in suitcase/checked thru baggage/traveled from VA to MS. Refrigerated in MS.
- 5/10: Out of refrigerator for funeral. PERFECT and just as fresh!
- 5/15:9 days later and roses are still just as beautiful!
My first time making boutonnieres and I was extremely nervous because of the reason I needed them. I would highly recommend Global Rose and I would definitely use them again for any event that I am planning.

Disappointed

We ordered from Global Rose last year and it was a wonderful experience. So we ordered from them again this year and it was very disappointing. They arrived on time, which was great but they didn't have any water attached like they did last year. They were already wilting. The roses and leaves were stapled to the packaging and there was no way to retrieve them without damaging the flowers. I probably won't use them again in the future.

Shipment was late due to required signature

I received my product a day and a half late due to a required signature. It has never been required before? Flowers were not nearly as fresh due to this. I wish they would leave them at the door. I only stepped away for 10 mins then I ended up having to travel 45 mins to a FedEx facility to pick them up almost two days later. What a mess! No signature required please!

Perfect. Exactly what I wanted the day I wanted it. They do wait till the last moment to ship them ON TIME so they are so fresh. Kind of a nail-biter really. Until they do it consistently. If you want them totally blooming pick a couple days ahead, cut off the ends, stick them in water (with the stuff they send) and they bloom before your very eyes.
