I was to receive my roses on Thursday. I was notified by FedEx they would be delivered to me in Greenville on Friday. I stayed home until my husband arrived so one of could sign. They did not arrive. Late Friday the FedEx site stated no one to sign. After contacting them I had to drive 45 miles to the warehouse to inquire. They were found in the warehouse- not even sent out. They were bruised and wilted.

Upon investigating your order, we found that the delivery was delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. As stated in our shipping policies, which are included in your order confirmation email:

"Please make sure your shipping information is accurate as Global Rose won't be responsible for product delayed due to an incorrect address or reroute request. Someone must be present the day of the delivery since a signature is required."

Despite this, we can confirm that the order was successfully delivered within our commitment window on June 6 under FedEx tracking number 458376592493.

Please note that due to the transit delay, it's natural for the roses to arrive dehydrated. Once hydrated properly, they typically revive within 24–48 hours. Additionally, if you noticed bruised outer petals, these are called guard petals—they serve to protect the inner bloom during shipping and can be gently removed once the flowers are rehydrated.

We appreciate your feedback and hope this information clarifies the situation.

Pretty good

I was please with the quick shipping and the communication from the represent so they were very nice and responsive. The flowers were nice except the roses were quite dehydrated and started to brown. And there was a box with of flowers that we could not use they were all wilted and yellowed.

Burgundy Carnations

The carnations arrived in great shape only a few were broken, but non were wilting, the spray carnations are somewhat brittle and break easily if not handled carefully, but overall I would buy again! Beautiful color!

Communication was great and shipping was right on time. A little disappointed in the quality. They were Cala Lillie's tho and I know they can be tricky. They did add additional flowers to the order at no cost which was a good thing because there were several I wasn't able to use and just barely had enough. As soon as they arrived I cut the ends, dipped in QuickDip and put in an inch of water. Several had brown spots starting to form and on the day of the wedding I had to cut one completely out of the bouquet because it was brown. They made it through the ceremony fine at the end but it was a bit stressful.
