The sunflowers exceeded my expectations! Everything is in great condition when it was delivered with clear instructions of how to care for flowers. Only thing I would've liked was a little more plant food in each box. Overall great experience would definitely order again!
I asked to use my credit but it didn't appear on final checkout; also, no gift card option available. The flowers arrive anonymously so I had to call to make sure they arrived. The person said they were beautiful did not see a photo. I think it would be great if you could send a photo to people who order as gifts; it would be a nice touch.

The fear that the gift recipient will now receive a copy of the bill and how much I paid for the flowers angers me immensely. EEEEESH
Ordered 150 roses and baby's breath for decorating tables for a wedding. The ordering process was easy and flowers were delivered on time. All instructions were easy to follow and gave us the most amazing roses! They opened beautifully within 24-48 hours and the fragrance was absolutely amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to ever order here and the "Pure White Roses" were the perfect flower for our needs. Out of 150 roses we only had one rose that had a broken head and not a single one had any browning.

We ordered flowers from Global Rose because we had trouble finding the volume of blooms and greenery that we wanted locally. These are some of the most beautiful roses I've seen and smelled. I had no dead leaves, petals, etc. They arrived on time, I followed the directions and could not stop staring at them as they opened over the next few days. The compliments just kept coming, most were touching because they did not realize they were actually real. I made 7 full arrangements in vases for centerpieces, and everyone asked to take one home. I could only part with 3 arrangements, the other 4 beauties are with me again. I can't brag enough, if you are hesitant... don't be. I would definitely order from them again if I found myself in the position of having to order another 500 roses! I needed all yellow for graduation, and half were more of a cream color, but everyone just received one so it wasn't as noticeable. If it were a wedding or an event where I had to make bouquets, I would not have been happy at all. Also, half of the order came on the day we were expecting them, the other half came a day later, so plan ahead!

The website is easy to use and the flowers came on the date needed. A majority of the fern, Alstroemeria, and pom pom stems were lovely and usable, but each bundle had a few we had to throw away. Still overall, a good experience.

The product itself was 5 star. As I knew when ordering, there is the possibility of 1 day before or after the selected day. It came 1 day later. We ordered additional flowers from another company that delivered on our desired day. Just made for shuffling our schedule in an already busy wedding week. Also, I do not think I received the email notifying me of the delay, but did get a follow up to rate the service on the communication of the delay- which is how I knew. Also, received a request of "did I get my product" 4 days after delivery which would not have helped if I didn't get it. Timing and communication could be improved.

I have ordered many times from global Rose. This was the first time I was a little bit disappointed, although the flowers that came were absolutely beautiful, white roses, as soon as I got them, I took them out of the box and put them in water, there were five heads of roses that were laying in the box, so some of the arrangements only had 11 roses instead of a dozen. Other than that, the flowers were pretty and they arrived on time.
