This time the roses were not that fresh, I do not order for first time. Usually the come very fresh, I'm not sure what happened this time; one of the roses was also broken.
My 200 roses came very well packaged so all of the roses were intact. They arrived on time too. I ordered the assorted roses and received light purple, coral, and white with coral tips. Only one dozed came where they were starting to open, but by the time my event happened (3 days later), they were still beautiful. We were very impressed and would use this site again.

They were lacking. Some died within a day and the filler was very minimal.

Experience overall was okay however the flowers were delivered to the wrong house. Received a call from someone a few houses down that they were delivered to them accidentally. Also when the roses arrived I would say 40 out of the 50 white roses were brown and wilted and unable to use. Just was frustrating given that I paid $80 and they were all squished in a box that should have been twice the size and they may have been usable.

My mother passed and these roses were used for her celebration. The necks on all the roses were bent over.
I had to use them anyway because her services were the next day. They were not the best and I have ordered from you before. I was disappointed and my sad-faced red roses were the exception to the celebration.
UPDATE: Global Rose reached out to me and offered me a replacement for my sad-necked roses, I am excited about this experience. I will update this shopping experience when I receive the beautiful roses that are expected. Global rose has always provided great service and I want this experience to be the same, once it is rectified.
