Our website mentions the following info" All Global Rose orders are packaged in specially designed boxes to ensure freshness during transportation. Flowers are grouped in bunches and tightly wrapped in a plastic or carton cover. Enclosed in the box you will find floral food and if requested, your message/card. You will find a QR code on the outside of the box with instructions on how to take care of your flowers." We also have a video available under the product description that shows how they are packaged for transport. It was not our intention to disappoint you. I received two colors of roses. The one color, a deep rose peach came through the shipping fine. The second color, a lighter peach, was very dissappointing. They looked like that left your shop when they were already old. The petals were falling off, and discolored to brown. Some of the green leaves fell off. As I placed the second set in vases, more petals and leaves fell off - and all the buds where brown on the ends of the petals. They are not opening well, just drooping already. I don't know if it was the shipping or if they left your shop in poor condition. I am asking for 1/2 or my purchase price back due to the condition of this set of roses.

I have ordered many times from this company. All of my orders have been gifts. Everyone has sent me gorgeous pictures of their flowers and I have never received 1 negative response or comment. Upon arrival, the blooms are closed, as stated by the company. They open as expected, into magnificent flowers after 2-3 days. I am very pleased with this company and their products. I will continue to order from them in the future.

This was my first time receiving roses from global rose. 50 roses were ordered and when received there were way more than 50. I received an email shortly after saying that I had been chosen for bonus roses and was instead sent 200 stems at no additional charge. The roses are absolutely beautiful! Will definitely be purchasing from here exclusively in the future.

Roses were very fresh and the yellow color was brilliant and very fragrant. Placed them in a vase with the contents from the package and the blooms are opening very nicely.

The baby's breath we ordered was delivered on time, and the quality of the flowers was outstanding. Additionally, the bunches were plentiful, so we had enough for all of our vases, plus extra. I would definitely use Global Rose when needing flowers in the future.

Great except several flowers were sold out
The price point and 48hr delivery were what caught my intention. However, the 100 Roses,
I ordered did not come with a water tube at the bottom of the stem; therefore, when I opened the box, the roses were sagging and losing a life.
I do apologize that the stems arrived a bit dehydrated after traveling for a while! Still, we sincerely hope that they made for a great decoration for your mom's birthday. Hopefully, they perked right back up and brightened any space they occupied for a long time!

Emily was the recipient; I, Pamela, was the orderer. Generally it went very well. The roses arrived on time and were, apparently, beautiful, but the color was more pink than lavender. Some of the instructions were confusing, e.g. there was no clear listing for giving information for the sender.

The roses came on time, and they were of good quality. These roses were for my daughter's wedding, so I was a little anxious, but they worked out great. The only issue I have with the company is that you cannot talk to a real human being. I was able to do a chat conversation, but I really wanted to talk to a person.
