We ordered 200 flowers. They arrived on time, but about 10 of them were broken and unusable which was frustrating since we had to drive all over town to find replacements.

I ordered 10 stems of the premium white hydrangeas to see how they arrived/how long they lasted because I need some for a client's wedding next month. They arrived on time (yesterday) there was no food packet in the box. I took them out of the box and trimmed the stems and put them in water as directed but had to use aspirin since they didn't come with a food packet. Today, 2 are completely shriveled and 4 are wilted and turing brown so out of 10 stems I have 4 that I can use. I had such high expectations based on other's reviews but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get the flowers for my client's wedding from Global Rose. The only plus is that the 4 blooms still in good condition are bigger than expected!

We appreciate your feedback but kindly want to inform you that the use of aspirin is NOT RECOMMENDED for hydrangeas and will kill the blooms instead of helping them thrive. We apologize the complimentary flower food was not included in your order but as advised on our website, in case flower food is missing you can add 1 tablespoon of table sugar or a splash of Sprite. We hope we can share with you the beauty of our blooms again in the future!

Great roses I just didn't like the carrier they said they made an attempt to deliver the roses and it was a lie. I literally had to file a complaint to get it on the same day

Over the top customer service. I was given a heads up that FedEx delivery was delayed. Blooms arrived a day after the original delivery date but were absolutely beautiful!

Flowers were beautiful. I've always just ordered single assorted roses in the past for our dance recital. This year I did the assorted single rose bouquet and I loved them even more. Made it so much easier with them already being wrapped. Also the best customer service.

I ordered 100 Sweetness roses for a Bridal shower. They were gorgeous! Out 100 roses 1 stem was broken, but useable as I had short vases. I had many compliments! I would order again and would recommend Global Rose for all your flower needs.

I love Global Rose - several orders now; all on time, always gorgeous. A couple of times they seemed a little tired on arrival, after days in transit - but we cut stem bottoms on the diagonal right away and got them into fresh water - they crisped right back up, then opened out beautifully and lasted many days.
