The dark pink roses were beautiful but the light pink roses were wet and brown so we didn't use them

I was very frustrated this year.I had to have a tech help me figure out the form. It was hard to find the colors I wanted.There is No Way to talk to a live person.I was also disappointed with the Assorted colors.

I was expecting flowers to be arranged in a bouquet and them not being was a little disappointing.

On our website, we state that they arrive in bouquets of 25 stems each, but not arranged due to the fact that the flowers are grown in and shipped from our greenhouse in Colombia, South America, and it is highly likely that a pre-arranged bouquet would be crushed or damaged during international shipping. We apologize for the confusion and disappointment, but with them, you can create your own beautiful bouquets.

Juan was great at getting back to me with a tracking number that I didn't receive. I have to say though I had 26 unusable roses and unfortunately had to go to a local store to get more to finish the bridal bouquet. I attached a photo.

I was a bit nervous about how the flowers would arrive and what condition I would receive them. They are carefully packaged and in great condition.
