When I received the roses, not all of them had the long stem as I ordered them. Likewise, many of the roses were crushed and withered.

Regarding the size of the stems, the roses should should have been 24"-26" long. If they are smaller please send us a picture of them next to a ruler or something similar so we can investigate the issue.

Everything was great but they started turning brown a day after :( I guess lighter color? Not sure but red ones lasted longer and looked much healthier than rose colored ones but overall pretty.
