Dear Andrew,
We are very sorry that your order didn't meet your expectations and we wish you had contacted us as soon as you received your order on May 10 so we could fix your issue in the best possible way. Unfortunately, we received your claim 10 days after the order was recieved.
We kindly inform you our claims policy (which you received at the time of the purchase in your order confirmation email) states that to process a claim, we have to be notified via email within 24 hours of delivery and that the damaged product needs to be returned in order to qualify for a refund. Since we are handling fresh flowers, a timely notification allows us to react promptly to resolve any issue in the best possible way.
In the future, you always can reach us within the first 24 hours of receiving your product and providing photos at [email protected] or through our live chat and speak with a live representative. Our team is at your service!

We had them delivered the day before we needed them because we wanted to ensure we had them in time. Although, it is great they arrived so early, we just did not expect them to come within 24 hours of ordering. It was partly our mistake because they were all dead by the time we needed them. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the company,but just want to warn other customers who might make the same mistake we did. I will order again,but need to remember to order for the exact day we need them so they do not die.

Delivery was late

Delivery was a day late. So my flowers were not open for the event. They didn't look as nice as they should have.

Thank you for your order and for reaching out.
We are very sorry your order was delayed by one day.
Keep in mind that Even though 99% of orders get delivered on the requested delivery date, it might occur that flowers arrive one day late due to weather issues, mechanical problems or other unexpected situations during transportation. FedEx and UPS are the best in the industry and work very hard to deliver on time, but Global Rose will not issue any credit or refund if flowers get delivered within 24 hours of the requested date.
Regarding their blooming, we usually advise flowers to be delivered 2-3 days before the event they are meant for.

We are happy you were able to enjoy them even though they were not as open as you would like.

Not happy

First I received the wrong color flower. I reached out and received a 40% refund for the mistake. Secondly when the flowers were delivered they just left them on the porch in 97 degree heat and did not know or ring the bell. Once my discovered them they were extremely hot. They only lasted 4 days. The picture is from 4 days. Not very happy

I was just reviewing your order 696640 and the order did not include a message, unfortunately. That is why the order did not include it.
I think perhaps the message was not saved at the checkout since it is required to click the save button in order to save the message.

Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Upon receiving your floral box, we recommend trimming the stems around ½ inch" and placing them in clean room temperature water with the provided flower food. We invite you to follow these simple care tips to keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful: https://globalrose.com/flower-care.html

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose. For example, white roses have green or brown guard petals. You may remove them once the flowers start to bloom. Incredible experience! From the selection, the ordering, the great customer service, the shipment, the instructions, the quality, the breathtaking end results, and the fact that more than a week later—the roses still look lovely…I don't know how this company did it! God's blessings were definitely involved, allowing His creation of the flowers to be cared for in such a way by the workers, and eventually arriving safely to me so that I could prepare the roses for Mother's Day festivities at church. The ladies loved them, and I was so pleased.
The 50 roses were packaged so efficiently that I couldn't believe they sent the right amount. I recounted the stems at that point because about half of the rose tops (petals) were not visible because of how the flowers were carefully packaged. The instructions are important to read before unbundling them!
Customer service reps were good about emailing me replies right away upon ordering, and when I needed to verify that they knew the chosen color (since I thought I made a mistake). Shipping and tracking notices were emailed and accurate.
The roses were beautiful, and nobody at church who asked me which florist I went to for the flowers could believe that I ordered the roses on-line! I took a chance and it really worked out as the best choice!
The celebration was lovely and joyful, with many thanks to Global Rose. I appreciate all the efforts made in the background to prove this was the right decision I made in taking a chance with this company. "Sight unseen" with the live flowers before knowing if everything would work out—but what great quality, value, and customer service, which led to a blessed event!
