Had to pull a lot of the outside petals off to have the bloom/look that I wanted. I ordered 50 and maybe this is because they are semi white this occurred. A tad bit disappointing and little more work than expected. Also I made a mistake and put my name as the To and From block. I immediately contacted them through the channels they provided. They responded quickly that it was done, only not to be done. Now that, I was MAD MAD about. So overall experience was Blah. The flowers I expected to have more petal but because I had to pluck off the broken and bruised ones it was blah. If the flowers came better I would give a higher score.

However, please note that as our claims team let you know in your inquiry from May 07, please note that roses typically have 3 to 5 guard petals, which are the outer and usually larger petals that protect the inner petals of the bloom as they unfold. These guard petals may differ in color from the actual color of the rose. For example, white roses may have green guard petals, while red roses have dark red or black borders. These guard petals are often wilted or may have charred/black edges. You can choose to remove them once the flowers start to bloom or leave them on for a more natural garden look.
As per the name on the shipping, we confirmed your change immediately after you requested it. However, we can see that the shipping label was printed with the original information. We are investigating with our shipping team why this happened.

Receiving cut flowers from Columbia in my package bin in a cardboard shipping box was kind of shocking. I had to find a vase and even cut the stems due to the length of them. I expected much nicer delivery from a local florist who you work with.
