The flowers I received were gorgeous but unfortunately the order was all one color instead of the two I ordered. Global Rose authorized a partial refund immediately upon being notified of the error and I was able to use those funds to purchase a smaller quantity of 2nd color locally.

Flowers for Grandma

I ordered these flowers for my grandma's birthday. The flowers themselves are good quality and perfectly bloomed 5/5 HOWEVER there were a few things that bothered me, I selected the option for a mix of colors because I didn't know which kind she'd like best and I put in a nice note to be put with the flowers (which there was a designated box for) when they arrived ALL the flowers were white and there was no note. So the option for a note and the option for multiple colors were just ignored I guess?

TLDR: The flowers are beautiful however missing a couple things I had selected.

I'm super upset. An Order of 100 rises with a special colors for us was placed on the 5/28 for our 15 years anniversary to be delivered on 6/6. All delivery messages were OK until it got stuck somewhere

Today is the 6/10th. It was never delivered and all I'm getting from FedEx is: DELAYED We'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving.

Yes, I got a refund fast. Nice, but I'm still super unhappy since a planned and special event has become a unpleasant surprise to me and my wife.

Great service!

The flowers were well packed and arrived early. Thankfully, I was home. The next day one bunch was dead, even though they were all well watered and in the same container. It didn't effect the bouquets but it was disappointing.

The ordering process was easy. The flowers arrived a day later than expected when purchased. But the site said this might happen and I received continuous emails telling me about the delay and arrival information. A few carnations were broken when they arrived. The flowers were beautiful and we were very happy!

Some hydrangeas didn't hold up

Short changed

I ordered 100 Roses for my wife. Everything was fine and the order was delivered even a few hours before expected which worked out well but as we began to open the box and counted them we noticed there were only 90 roses not the 100 I had paid for which was very disappointing to me. It was my first time ordering from this company and had heard good things and reviews about it so I didn't think anything of it. I hope this helps and this doesn't happen to anyone in the future.

Great quality

My flower showed up on time they were packed well and in good condition. They have lasted a long time of course I keep trimming every other day and keep the water up but I expect some longevity out of them and I'm happy with the product.
