All of the flowers we ordered for my daughter's wedding were better than I could have ever hoped for. My sister who works as a florist asked where I got my flowers because they were so high quality. When I told her Global Rose, she looked at the website and couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. Not only were the roses and hydrangeas top quality, but the consumer experience was very professional. Packaging, FedEx delivery, Floral care, and communication was top notch. My first time, I was new to Global Rose and purchasing wholesale. When the roses arrived, I wasn't sure what to do. The rep I contacted was responsive and emailed back and forth with me then finally called me because she realized I was still unsure how to prep them. Three days later after soaking in the provided solution the roses were ready. All the wedding arrangements and bouquets looked absolutely gorgeous and travelled well to the wedding destination. The quality you get for what you pay for is totally worth it. After doing price comparisons, Global Rose wins and the process from ordering to showing up at your door is very quick and easy. I would recommend Global Rose for anyone. The roses were delivered on the day i requested it, Sep 26th, it is now Oct 2nd and they're blooming beautifully. They deliver them with the pedals somewhat closed so they last longer as long as you cut the tips of the stems and add the flower food with the amount of water recommended. If you're ordering 50 roses like I did, make sure you have a big enough vase to accommodate them, I had to run to the store. Oops. Thanks again, Global Rose!

The leather leaf ferns, baby breath, and cream roses are beautiful. The hundred water lilac roses were fully opened. This was a problem because I was trying to give out the lilac roses to 50. Dissipates at my wedding.

Ordered 100 red roses for someone's birthday, they came a day later than what was told, majority of the roses were dead. There was no card. Just was not a great experience, next time I'll just go through a local florist.

Customer service was a bit lacking. An order of roses never were delivered and they never offered to replace them in time. They claimed they had no control over the carrier. I have ordered roses again, but I got them from another vendor who doesn't supply them from Columbia. Fed ex never reached out until a week after the flowers were due. To Global Rose's credit, they did issue a credit timely for the undelivered flowers. I haven't seen the credit yet, but I'm sure I'll get it.

It was ok however when I wanted to put in a discount coupon I had to go back to the beginning and start again. Very frustrating.

I chose instead to order them myself and my daughters said they'd arrange them for the tables. I chose Global Rose because of the excellent reviews--and now I add mine! I gpt them the day before my wedding and expected them to be wilted but they came absolutely beautiful! 😍 we put them together in bouquets and set them in water overnight and they brightened up and looked gorgeous on our big day!

The only issue we had was the delivery agent delivered one box 1 day late.
The 2nd box arrived 2 days late in the morning and last box arrived 2 days late in the afternoon which did find us with some roses that were already turning brown guessing due to delay on delivery as the 1st box was perfect. But I believe this was on the carriers end and not Global Rose

The Amber Roses I ordered for a fall wedding were bright red and did not look anything like the online pictures of orange hughes. They looked more like the Tatiana rose. Needless to say 75 roses that I couldn't use had to be given away. I spent the day before the wedding driving around looking for 75 orange roses. Had to settle for only 36 kind of orange roses. Quite stressful. Otherwise, ordering was easy.

I ordered a slew of white roses for my daughter's wedding. They arrived in perfect condition for prepping and opening and we had almost zero loss. They were not very 'white' more of an ivory blush, but everything worked out and they were beautiful.
The color was a bit of an issue as there was a significant difference with the other bright whites but we made it work and everything was 'perfect.'
(note for photo- bulk of flowers were from a different vendor, the white/ivory roses that are in white buckets were the product ordered from Global Rose)
