We can see that our team instructed FedEx about the delivery address change but unfortunately, as per FedEx's terms and policies, changes and delivery instructions are not guaranteed. However, in the future, you also have the option to request a signature release so FedEx leaves the package on your porch without requiring a signature. Just send us an email with your order # and authorization for a signature release.

I ordered 200 stems for a baby shower flower bar. I was shorted 22 stems, which wasn't great. But customer service was very satisfactory and I did get a refund for the stems I was missing.

I ordered 50 stems for my 50th anniversary and when they arrived and unboxed 3 were broken and not salvageable. My suggestion would be to send a few extras on orders of 60 or more to cover the likelihood of some shipping loss.

Flowers were hot and petal edges brown on delivery. Theyarrived on Wednesday per Globals recommendation for a Saturday event. Have put in water and trimmed, hoping they will rebound. In cool location.

Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose. For example, white roses have green or brown guard petals. You may remove them once the flowers start to bloom. Everything has been very positive thus far
The roses were beautiful and bloomed beautifully but really wanted the variety of pink shades. The photo pictured is deceiving

I loved having so many flowers to choose from on my wedding day. My bridal party made our bouquets after the rehearsal dinner and it was a blast! All flowers were packaged excellenty and in great condition. I ordered 6 huge boxes and I think about 3 flower stems were broken, out of hundreds. All our guests loved the flowers and now, 8 days after receiving them in the mail, the majority are still thriving in vases. I used allum on the hydrangea stems after I crushed the ends and they are still lush and full and bright on day 8! I'm so impressed. I highly recommend this for your big events

This is a convenient company to shop from. However, it does seem like a lot of the carnations I've purchased with this order, and in the past, do not open fully and stay small and tight making it difficult to create the look I'm going for. The roses open nice but should be delivered at least 2-3 days before you need them to be opened.

I have no intention on the partial credit. We were told upon complaining we were being refunded not being issued a credit.

However, upon investigation, we found that our claims representative explicitly offered you a credit for a future purchase: "We can see that you received one bunch of White Oriental Lilies. To make things right, we would like to offer you the option of a replacement or a credit for a future order equivalent to the value of the wrong color stems." and this was your reply: "We needed the Lillys for this Saturday. I do not believe there is enough time to ship and open before we need so a credit would be Alright."
According to the above, a refund was not offered and you agreed to receive a credit for a future purchase. Therefore, our claims representative provided the coupon code that you can use until Aug 08,2025.
Answer: Global rose had the best prices I could find for bulk online flowers.
