I bought a driver for my son for Christmas. Because of an injury, he was not able to use it until July. After 3 rounds of golf, the head snapped off. All I got was the following:
"Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, this order has past the return date. We apologize for this inconvenience."
Return of sports equipment should not be based on time rather usage. They obviously don't stand behind the products they sell.
This place definately has issues. Bought a used taylormade driver that was supposedly certified excellent condition, funny my wife used it three times and the graphite shaft snapped. Sent it back after three emails back and forth and 7 days later after I contacted them again, I finally got a gift certificate to buy another one from their site. Ugh okay so my wife has a tournament in two days so I pay 30.00 extra for a 500 club so it is over night delivery. Bahahahaha they over night the free headcover, junk, but free, and her club is not delivered. Call them and learn they sent head cover out right away and shipped the club the next day so it is delivering in 5 days hahahahaha. Yes last time I will order clubs through them and go back to 2swing who actually gets the job done. Buy at your own risk, but I am done dealing with this not so reputable business to say the least. Great job getting the free head cover here in a day though, so there is that.
I have been buying and trading with Global golf for awhile now and I've experienced only excellent service with all purchases and trade for golf clubs. Bought drivers putter irons and hybrids I must say they always honor fair trade value most of the time. I cancelled a trade once only and had a driver shipped back to me promptly. Also a set of graphite irons I had trouble using for steel with little difference in price purchases to trade value. Would recommend.
A totally dishonest and misleading company with terrible customer service. They have monthly discounts that only apply to an old pair of golf socks as far as I can see because anything else is excluded. More asterisks and fine print in their underhanded business practices. Save yourself the grief and deal with Golf Avenue. Better trade in quotes and offers!
Looking at some of the reviews on here had me worried. Well I'm glad I did a little more research b/c this is a good company and the value is amazing. I was nervous the product would take forever to get here. I received my driver in 2 days. I was nervous it wouldn't be what I ordered whether the shaft was different or the head wasn't a sim max. Well it was exactly as described. I was nervous it'd be beat the hell up. Well it was in perfect shape. I think you can see the trend. Maybe there have been mistakes for folks in the past, but what I saw showed a good company that provides solid products at an amazing value. I will definitely buy from here again.
Apex irons in great condition with fast shipping. Will certainly order from them again. Communication was also great throughout. Ignore the people complaining about shipping issues during a pandemic.
DO NOT BUY FROM GLOBAL GOLF I ordered some taylormaid psi irons from them got them if my 9 iron had a hole in the grip my 8 iron club head fell off the 2nd time using them my 4 iron was bent I took them to get repaired asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund the money but if I want to send them back they would replace them well they don't carry the same clubs I have so now they said there is nothing they can do for me. They said they can get me different clubs of the same value but I got them on sale and they don't have anything I want all I want is my money back they can have the clubs back for all I care and they won't do it they said. Eva use my card is not on there website they can't give me one but when I look it up on the website my card info is in there! I do not recommend. They say they got golf pros working there and they know what they're doing apparently not if they can't see those clubs have problems then they need help
I received the clubs and were not as described or pictured. The clubs are 1 length and no toe insert as pictured in the ad.
I had placed my order for a set of Ben Hogan PTX PRO irons. I then read all the negative reviews and I began to worry. I'm pleased to say my expectations were exceeded! I received my irons when promised and they are awesome!
I can't say anything bad about Global Golf. Very impressed.
While surprised at the many negative reviews mostly about customer service I did not experience that at all. Quite the opposite. I bought a used Taylor Made Sim rescue hybrid. It did take about a week to arrive but it is brand new. It looks like a demo never used on a course. Except for very tiny marks cosmetically only it's new. Also got 10% off. No complaints
Took 5 seconds to take the money for my new iron set out of my account but 5 days to realize they didnt have it in stock. DO NOT BUY FROM GLOBAL GOLF THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
I ordered a taylormade spider from them and received a complete opposite club of what was ordered I received a wilson and they wont refund me my money. They claim they indeed sent the proper club however the box came damaged and the club is not one they carrying they claim. The claims person I dealt with name is Rudi Fann if you do have to deal with anyone from them they will not resolve your issue nor refund money If the item is incorrect which it was. They are offer trade ins I'm sure someone traded this garbage club in and they just boxed it up and sent it to me. Do not purchase anything from them as they have poor customer service and are running a scam at this point. The photos attached are what I received and my proof of purchase with what I should've received.
Global Golf, terrible Global Golf, terrible shipping and customer service experience
This is my third and last order ever with Global Golf. There's plenty of other retailers out there that care about their customers and whether they come back. My personal view and experience is that once Global Golf has your money they couldn't care less about the customer. Bought US$1200 irons, took 6 weeks to arrive because they shipped with FEDEX when there were published service delays. No help from Global Golf to get the shipment expedited, I had to get help from FEDEX Australia otherwise it would still be sitting in the US. Once the irons arrived, I opened the box to find they had been thrown in the box with no protection at all. When I emailed a picture of the packaging and complained to customer service, they ignored it completely. When I raised it again I got this reply. "We ship to over 100 countries, sorry the packaging wasn't to your expectations". What an arrogant, self centred reply. For me this demonstrates exactly the problem with Global Golf attitude to their customer, once they have the money and the order is shipped, customer care and service is not important. Such a shame, because there is a place for their business model, with a customer centric focus. Putting the customer last is not a smart business strategy. E shipping and customer service experience

I ordered something and when I didn't hear anything about the delivery I chased them about the delivery. They emailed to say they were following it up. 3 days later I get an email saying they've refunded my money but with no explanation. Worst customer service EVER!
I received a 10.5 Taylormade SIM Max D driver. The site offered $50 off and free shipping! On time and Authentic! Had to write a review because the rating forced me to be skeptical..
I bought a used Taylormade M6 driver in what appeared to be good condition fron Global Golf. After a few games the shaft snapped in half on the first tee at my local golf course. I contacted Global Golf who would not offer me any recompense as the shaft snapped in the centre and not on the ends. Thanks. Needless to say I won't be purchasing any more items from this mob.
Globalgolf recently displayed AMAZING customer service. A club that i recently purchased from their site had broken at the range. I called and spoke with a rep about the situation. I was asked to send in a few pictures of the club. The next day I was back on the phone with a rep picking out a replacement club, with little to no questions asked. They were super easy to work with throughout the entire process. Globalgolf has a customer in me now for sure.
They make it impossible to return an item that should be covered under warranty. I have a golf bag that would not stand on its own and when I try to return they make it impossible. After a few weeks of back and forth, they finally sent me a FedEx label so I can return to them to see if covered under warranty but FedEx wants me to pay for the box to return of $25.00 dollars. Stay away unless you want to jump through hoops.

Would not honor their return policies. Gave back store credit, and not a refund for returned defective products!
