I bought a used Sim2 driver at an amazing price, significantly less than all other vendors I saw online. The club came 5 days later, on the date it was advertised and the club was practically new! I'd definitely buy from them again.

Rip off.

I received a lob wedge TaylorMade big toe that was in such poor condition and I contact them and I wanted to send it back they sent me an email with the instructions on how to send it back then they recall the email at the time I was at FedEx with the email pulled up and was in the process of pulling up the FedEx shipping number and packing list when they recalled the email.
I called them three times and three times they hung up on me they will not take my call.
Don't trust them they will lie to you they do not take returns for there garbage that they send out.

I made and order and traded in a club toward the order. I sent the trade into them along with the packing list with the trade in details. I wrote on the packing list to please reimburse my credit card through paypal. The trade in value was for $120.00 dollars. I receive an e-mail that says I have a gift card for $102.00. So I called to find out why my credit card wasn't reimbursed vs. a gift card. Very conveniently they now do not have a record of the credit card that I used so they can't reimburse the card. So I am stuck with the gift card. What a way to make you buy from them. Poor, poor customer service. Be very careful with this company.

Very disappointing customer service

Order was pretty slow arriving considering they're only 4 hours away but that's not the problem. I received a regular flex shaft when I ordered a stiff. Called in for a replacement and there's not a stiff available. The CSR didn't offer ANYTHING to make it right, just told me to return it and then they'd issue a refund. $5 per gallon gas and these guys want me to drive the club to a FedEx drop off (20 mins away) when the mistake was theirs. My mistake was trusting globalgolf.com but that will not happen again.

If I could give zero stars I would.
When you trade in clubs, you have to call, and call to get paid. They claim 5-7 days, but I have traded clubs in, noticed them for sale on their website, called customer service, and was told I must wait 10 days?
Customer service is awful, and they always find some reason to de-value the trade in amount!

Terrible shipping

I bought a set of clubs through globalgolf.ca on April 30th. When I purchased them it said I would have them by May 6th well its now May 12 and canada post still haven't picked up my clubs from the shipping facility. I called global golf today explaining my situation. The person I was speaking with hung up the phone on me. So I called back talked with someone different which they didn't know why my shipment wasn't picked up so they said they would send me a replacement set expresses post. Once I got the tracking number the sent them standard shipping again. So I called again and they said canada post already picked up my package but I call canada post and they never picked anything from them yet. Save your self the hassle and go get fitted at your local golf store or clubhouse. This is bull $#*! never again will I order anything from globalgolf

I placed and order for a set of Ping G 400 irons. The listing said that they were +. 75. I texted Global Golf and asked to confirm the length by letting me know the 6 iron length as 38.375
I took the clubs to be regripped and the clubs measured Standard length. I tried several times to contact Global Golf to ask if they sent the wrong clubs. There was no response. I will never buy anything from Global Golf again

Early in the game

Traded ina set of irons and was given a fair value. I opted for the gift certificate as i wanted to buy some new equipment. Everything i looked for turned out to be a special order with 2 to 8 weeks wait, these were not strange or obscure items i searched for.
I called CS and explained my situation and that i wanted to exchange the Gift Certificate for the original cash value offered at the trade. The CS person could not help me and sent me to a supervisors email. Told my story and now have to wait for an answer. I will circle back once i get my answer.

Not "very good condition"

Ordered a cobra hybrid one length. Condition was advertised as "very good" not in my opinion, paint chipped off or top of club face and matte finish on top seems to have stains. Won't come off and looks terrible looking down on the club at address. Not impressed, should have just bought new from reputable store.

I will just post my recent communication with GlobalGolf.com and leave it to you to decide how reputable this organization is. BTW I sent this E-mail 7 days ago and they have not seen fit to respond.
Here's my E-mail to them:
"I'm writing this E-mail to tell you how terribly disappointed I am in Global Golf and with my recent purchase ( order 2MFKF44). When I received this 5 - PW set of Titleist 718 ap1 irons I was somewhat surprised that the shafts
( Aerotech SteelFiber i80cw Golf Iron Shaft Steel) had TaylorMade grips.
I should have suspected something at that time but since I have purchased many clubs from Global Golf over the passed 15 + years, no warning bells went off.
I figured "ok, the previous owner just re-griped the clubs" -no big deal
I should have immediately wrote you for an explanation, but again trusting you, I didn't.
My Bad!
I am a 13 handicap and play 2 or 3 times a week. My best swing speed is about 88mph.
While hitting my 5 iron during my fourth round with these clubs
The shaft of the club broke right at the top of the club head. I brought the head and shaft to my local PGA store and the club repair man told me these clubs have been RESHAFTED with NON-OEM shafts! Titleist DID NOT offer these shafts as a custom upgrade on the 718 ap1 irons.
AND that the reason the shaft broke at the point it did is most likely because the shaft was over heated when it was removed from a set of TaylorMade irons!
So what you sold me was a set of Titleist IRON HEADS with USED TaylorMade SHAFTS AND GRIPS. Thanks.
I purchased a replacement shaft on EBay for $67.46 and had a friend install it into my 5 iron.
So, so far, I'm stuck for $67.46 but the real question is: HOW MANY MORE shafts are going to break? AND how much more will I have to spend to reshaft these clubs?
Here's a word of advice: IF you are going to sell NON - OEM clubs you OWE IT the perspective buyers to be HONEST about EXACTLY WHAT you are selling them.( its bad enough that, unlike every other seller on EBay, myself included, you do NOT show an actual picture of what you're selling!
I could have purchased several other sets of these clubs WITH OEM Shafts and grips for as much or less than I paid you but, like a real jerk, I went with an organization I trusted.
I say"trusted" in the past tense and that's where my good option of your company is - in the past "
All I'll say is "buyer beware".

Recently purchased a fairways wood and putter from their certified owned. Both clubs came in record time, well packaged and in immaculate condition. Called customer service with a question about my headcover and they took care of it right there on the phone and had headcover sent to me within 24hrs. I would recommend them to all my friends and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Have ordered and played with several clubs from Global golf. They always arrive timely and in better condition then expected. They also provide good trade in value and check back to see how you liked a purchase. Will use them over other options ADL!

At first I was pleased with Global Golf when I first purchased my Taylormade Driver. Good price and fast delivery. Then the face of my driver started to cave in. Taylormade offers a 2 year warranty but unfortunatley buying through Global Golf you only get 1 year warranty. Makes no sense to me but thats what they told me after I sent them my driver. So now I have no driver and they sent me a gift card to put towards the purchase of a new driver. My driver was an M6 and the gift card they sent doesn't even cover the cost to buy an M4 from them. But hey I can use the gift card towards puchasing the new taylormade driver that they are going to get covered under warranty on my broken driver. Complete scams and very rude customer service. Will never deal with or recomend Global Golf to anyone. In fact stay away at all costs for all you know there stuff may not even be authentic ‍

I was very skeptical after making my order and seeing all of the negative reviews on here as well as other sites. I ordered a new Taylormade Sim driver, 3 wood and 4 hybrid from GlobalGolf Canada. They shipped the next day and were at my door 3 days later, not to mention they had the cheapest prices on these items new I could find anywhere. The clubs arrived packaged very carefully and were all brand new as advertised still in their original plastic wrapping. I'm not sure if all of these bad reviews are fake or not, but I felt the need to share my positive experience after seeing them all. Would shop here again!

Inconsistent

Bought a driver from them and the experience was great. That prompted me to make another order of accessories. That turned into a two-month ordeal of incompetence, delays, lack of clarity and empty promises. The order was always 'on it's way', despite the site saying that it had been delivered and was now past the date for returns. The order was then cancelled and, when I chased the refund, it then turned up two weeks later.

There was no offer of any compensation or restitution. Just a shrug of the shoulders and laying blame at the feet of the delivery company.

Lastly, I asked to close my account and stop emailing me - and they haven't!

Joke Customer Service

After deciding to try their U Try program, I was informed that the driver I wanted to try was no longer available. ( why was I allowed to order it if it wasn't in their inventory?)
My card was charged $529.99 even though they never even sent the driver. After 3 days my card was still showing the charge so I called and was assured it would be taken care of within 24 hours. Another call was made when it still was showing the charge, this time, assured it would be manually over ridden by a manager. 2 days later, nothing changed and the customer service rep tried saying rest assured, your card hasn't had the funds withdrawn yet. After explaining that my debit card was $529.99 short he told me he would look into it and send me an email by end of day. No email and a call to my debit card company to hear that they have yet to receive a release from Global Golf has me writing this review.
This is around my 4th purchase from them and the first time there had been an issue. It will be my last purchase or should I say last non purchase.
