I can't believe the price of these glasses. Way better than any place I've ever gone. Two pair for 69 dollars. I'm use to paying 150 plus for one pair.

Ordered a pair of glasses on March 9.
$ 236.00 was charged to my PayPal account immediately.
I cancelled my order the next day, March 10. I filled out and submitted requested RMA which Glasses USA acknowledged via email.
I have called 4 times inquiring as to when I can expect my refund. Although the persons on the phone were always very polite, I've had no success in getting my money back. They say the company policy is that refunds may take up to 30 days!
They charge your account instantly when you click purchase, but take a month to refund your money.
I'm sorry but that is totally unacceptable.
