Great company. I'm from the UK and have ordered from here numerous times. Great for the price and speedy service. I've paid a lot more for less quality from other sites and sure things go wrong - glasses disappeared on delivery as Royal Mail delivered to wrong house. They immediately sent new pair. Can't argue with that.
Ordered then waited for glasses. No acknowledgement or contact whatsoever. Contacted customer service but they couldn't trace me or my order despite money taken from credit card. Shambolic.
It has never ceases to amaze me how high street opticians still get away with the prices they charge compared to sellers like Glasses Direct. A couple of simple measurements for pupil distance and length of arms, plus a copy of your prescription and within a week or so you will get good quality spectacles by post. Cant fault the service or the product.
Great site to buy your glasses... very good customer service and the glasses were superb. Extremely reasonably priced.
