After I made an online purchase from this site I had my credit card number used for purchases I did not make. Also, I requested a return and was asked to paypal money to a completely different account. Won't be buying here again, sad because the product was actually nice, except that the site says it's in California but the product is actually from Hong Kong as is the transaction record...
I want a refund and nobody has responded to my calls or email. I have purchase four Pandora charms and have not receive it I look online in notice alot of complaints all I want is my refund back
The photo charms are really lovely. They are of my daughters' wedding in December 2016. Very pleased with item.

Fast easy and came out beautifully and just in time for Mother's Day. They sent me text messages letting me know my shipment was out for delivery and when it was about to arrive. Perfect!
The item not look as good as the picture so I decided to return them by the time I found out there were 3 items missing from the order. So I e-mail the company 3 times then found out they split the order some items shipped from China and some items shipped from U.S. state. But they never sent me a message to let me know. After all, I never received the items that they shipped from the US. And they told me to check with the post office and my neighbors to see if they had picked up the package for me. That is so funny!,,
However I want to, h ow can I do a review on items when I never received them. I don't think this is the way i had deal with 55.00

I was very satisfied with the pet memory charm I purchased from Glamulet. It came fairly quickly and it looked just the way I envisioned it. I would order again from this company.

Tried contacting company 6 times without any reply. The only way to get in touch with them is thru a request on their website. No communication back. Where do I start with how crappy the product is. First off the crystals where discolored on the backside and the picture was so washed out from what I provided. Tried contacting and guess what still no reply! I will never order from this company again and have already disputed the charge on my credit card.
I bought a bracelet, it is so hard to clip on, unlike Pandora, the joint is small and dark, I'm so disappointed..

What a total rip off! Way too small and supposed to be black not brown. What a waste of money. I am shipping it back.
