I ordered a few charms for my pandora bracelet. The quality is terrible. Stones already missing off one charm. Finish coming off another and one that doesn't fit either of my bracelets. Will definitely never order again.
Did not know it was coming from China till after I ordered it, it came when it was supposed to and was as described, and she is very pleased.

Not good. I'm not sure what mail delivery system they used, but the company insists the item is not lost in the mail, but still coming. Its been three months since I placed the order. No money back, no item. I'd give no stars if I could.

I really like the item however it is really tiny. Cant reallu see the features which was the reason why I Bought it.
Luckily I paid a really good price as it was on offer however if I would have paid full price, I would have returned it

The charms I ordered were much smaller than described. The delivery service used was horrible. I paid for rush shipping but did not receive it in time.
Items purchased are misrepresented on website. Color is completely off. Site showed vibrant hot pink crystal in charms but charm sent is difficult to even see a color, it's almost clear. Company has not returned emails.

For the price, the charms were of decent quality, though they were smaller than I had expected them to be. My main issue is with the time it takes to receive items. I placed my order early in the month and only received it close to the end of month. Given the time it takes, I'd likely go to another retailer if the shipping time is shorter.
Glamulet has a nice website, but pieces (charms) are very poor quality compared to what they show online.
Moreover, all pieces are delivered in a cheapy poor quality plastic wholesale bag. I would NOT buy again from them.

I received my two personalized charms last week. I love them. I could not be happier! The charms are beautiful and I'm very impressed with the quality. I ordered them to honour the memory of my Golden Retriever who passed away recently. I searched for many jewelry options and Glamulet had the nicest ones. I'm very happy and definitely recommend Glamulet!
Shipping was a little slow, i bought them as a birthday gift in an urgent manner but the delivery was a bit later than the expected time. But the item is great, good Quality, will defiantly will order more.
