According to reviews lot of people seem happy but I am not, ordered on Black Friday sale and was expecting gifts for Christmas January 2nd write to them and say they didn't see my purchase but upon review now they do. Please pay with Paypal as it seems to be the only way to answer back to you, I see a lot of people unable to reach them but trust me upon creating a Claim they became very nice and and very responsive, offering me to send the charms one month and a half later (again Xmas gift...) but only once I close the claim (which can't be unopened in case they "lose" my data again.) Not good business.
Loving my bracelet, have it for a few months and it is doing great. Such a good quality, recommend :) Shipping was fast.

I placed my order 11/28 it's now 12/17. Fortunately for me I made my purchase through PayPal. They are now involved. Glamulet has a non existent customer service and no one answers phone. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
I am from Canada and ordered off their Canadian website which stated free shipping. Once the order was placed and it was already on its way, I got a message from the shipping company stating I had to pay an extra $30 in fees in order for my parcel be delivered. Item was shipped from CHINA, and the company will not respond to any emails or phone calls.
I got my first bracelet and charms a while ago and I was impressed with the packaging and quality of the products. They arrived super quickly and in perfect condition, filled with care and attention on the products! I am really satisfied!
FRAUD... I am still awaiting my order of 18 Oct ( which was to be delivered within 9-15 days). They do not answer any email. They do not know where it is. Shipping company cannot be contacted BUT they know to take over €100 of my money! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM...
I tried to order $300+ in merchandise for my first purchase. My Visa card was declined as the country of GB was blocked due to all the fraud coming there. I thought this was a Canadian company and my payment would come from there. After I had the block surpressed, I checked my order and all items were 4 of each a total of $1,100+ to be charged. Every time I tried to reduce the quantity of an item it would go back to 4. I left several phone messages and an email and had no response. I cancelled the order and may never order from them again. If the quantity and my order was correct, I wouldn't need to contact them. If you have any problems, don't expect to get it handled with Customer Service.

Just following up on a review I wrote about Glamulet a few weeks ago. Well, as expected my emails did absolutely nothing, not a single reply. After my last message, I called them numerous other times just to see if someone would eventually answer... nothing. So, my rating remains a 3/5, the product is quite decent but if you encounter a problem with shipping, or charges to your M/C or anything at all... you are screwed!

Love Glamulet, i wear my beloved bracelet every time! The site is very reliable, the item is nice and well done and the packaging is awesome! Super recommended!
My first order on Glamulet was a necklace with a blue key pendant.
I can say I was overwhelmed: the jewelry were more beautiful than in the pictures and the presentation mode is very elegant.

It's a little smaller than expected, but don't let that deter you -- it's gorgeous! I've had this for a few months and it has not worn out or tarnished, when normally cheap charms tarnish after a week for me. This is still going strong! I highly recommend this bead for any dog lover. :)
