Received phony tracking number for my merchandise then never received the merchandise at all.

Came super fast, very impressive & jewelry will last a lifetime.

I ordered two "birthstone" charms to be given as presents, unfortunately these inferior items are not fit to be given. The picture on the website is misleading, and the green one - supposedly the birthstone for August - is a dull yellowy colour which looks drab and ugly. It is too much of a hassle to return these goods, however I have learnt my lesson and will not be buying again from Glamulet

I love gamulate and buy a lot from them but the postage i find just a little 2 expensive other than that service quaility of jewellery beautiful. Packages they send items in is also great i miss the deal they use to do of a item every day at 9.99

ORDERED A CHARM TO PUT ON MY BRACELET AND I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. WILL CERTAINLY BE ORDERING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

When my charm arrived there was cracks in the photograph very disappointed as both my dogs have now passed away

I am still waiting on a reply to my email. My tracking number does not work and I am unsure if I even going to receive my product!

I have been calling and emailing the Customer Service Hotline and email address. NOBODY is responding to my QUERY! I had paid for my order, please return my money if you don't deliver or just even update me with the current condition of my order. I tracked the order in the EMS site, there was no progress going on since Sept 28,2016 when I received an email about the shipment of my orders! I am so disappointed! GOSH!

I need to look into this a bit more when I have more time

Received my charms nothing like advertised they look like the ones I have on my pandora bracelet but they are not. Mailed from China with no instructions where to return they also no receipts

When selecting shipping options it tells you it will take 3-5 business days however 6 business days later I am still waiting for my item.
