No experience at this time as I have not received your product.
Would have liked to be informed of delivery date but very pleased with the charm.
I have made this order for almost a month and I still don't get it. The tracking details stuck in somewhere between the U.S. and China for over 1 week.

I have not received parcel that i have paid for! How long does it take? Its been 10 days!
I guess when I ordered the Pandora Charms, I didn't realize I was ordering from China. The shipping is taking quite a while.
I received my order on time. All the charms are extremely beautiful. I bought some for my daughter she also loved them. I ordered our birth stones. They are even nicer than Pandora... will buy more soon.

I am a little unappy with my recent purchase of the personalised charms. The photos didn't come out as clear as I thought they would.
Placed my order Aug 1. When I still hadn't heard anything I sent an email Sept 1. They responded stating my order was placed Sept 1. They gave me a tracking number and said my order would arrive in 9-15 days. When I still hadn't received it after almost a month I tried to use the tracking number. No tracking existed. I sent an email to them wondering if I'm getting an order or if it's a scam. Haven't heard back from them, just from site jabber. They took my money in August and have not responded to my last email. I'm considering next steps. Won't order from them again!
As always, Gamulet offers a great selection of charms. I bought several and they were shipped quickly. They look even prettier in person than online.
Hi order was made up on the 18th September. I have tried to track it down and have only had that it was still in Hong Kong. My Granddaughter's birthday is on the 4th October and was hoping to receive it before her birthday. When am I supposed t receive the goods.

Garbled emails asking for more Id and never fulfilling one of my orders. Customer service was terrible with no real explanation of where my order is i sent an email telling them why i am so dissatisfied and never got a reply NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
AS I expected... all is well with my purchase with Glamulet... wil be buying more charms when I can sort my bracelet out... I am quite excited about adding more charms and then starting another bracelet for my beautiful grand daughters

Item showed one price on the front page, when you clicked to purchase, the price changed. Got a response the first time I emailed, but when I tried it again, the issue was still there and I got no further response. Ended up purchasing something somewhere else for my friend's 21st
A survey was sent out immediately after purchase when the product has a 3 week turn around. The survey should be sent out according to each companies expected turn around time, not one day later.
GLAMULET REVIEW:
The products were inexpensive and took 3 weeks to ship to China. Tracking between China and the US dropped off, but was easily trackable before departure of China and after arrival in the US. The product met expectations. I mixed it in with existing Pandora charms. The custom images, which Pandora doesn't do, was worthwhile. The painted beads (globe and plane in clouds) that were very unique from Pandora were my favorite because they blended in the best. I would avoid the all silver beads as they cheapen existing pandora bracelets, but are still cute in their own right. You can tell the difference in quality of metal though if it's an all metal charm. All in all, product was as expected. I would buy the custom or painted beads again since Pandora doesn't offer these options.
