I have ordered many bracelets and charms from Glamulet and find their prices much better than Pandora and the jewelry is just as nice! My orders are delivered very quickly and I have always been pleased with everything I have ordered. They have a great selection of everything!
Extra was paid for guaranteed delivery as it was an anniversary present.
It was late so no good as an anniversary present.
No refund was offered for the failed delivery date.
Poor comms and poor customer care
The prices were great and my mom loves her new charms.

First order and it was a gift for my sister in law and it turned out perfect...
I would not purchase anything from this company again, their shipping is a load of crap. I paid extra to get my order 5-7 days and still have not received this and it is now 14 days.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
The charm arrived within 10 days. It is very pretty-just what I wanted and came with a box, pouch and cleaning cloth.
I was satisfied with mu order tho one of the charms which I had elvis photos put in, was sticking out at the bottom. I am bit worried it will catch and pull whole pic out.
Just received my 2 charms and I love them... I bought them for Christmas gifts and loved the butterfly so much I am wearing it right now... love them!

The charm Came but when i opened it the side with Photo was sticky as though sticky tape was left on and not cleaned also marks on the silver where tools had marked it

Never arrived after paying express delivery then wanted more paying
It's junk and now I'm having to pull teeth to find out how to return for a refund!
I emailed customer services in regards to how to change a bracelet size that I have just purchased for my mum but sadly to small. I wanted to ask how to go about exchanging it for the next size up. But as of yet havent heard back at all..

I bought the memorable charm for my mums 60th and had a picture of her mum put into it as her mum just past away. But you could not make out what the picture was it was all blurry
I like my charms i am going to put in another order soon
This week or next i even told my daughter she wants to order something too!
