Never received my charms, no customer service, sent emails, given tracking number that invalid! Will never shop with this company again. Will give my bank information to retrieve my money back.
Yodel who delivers the parcels for glamulet in England is unreliable they have a bad reputation and this time I was the victim my parcel is missing and yodel said I contact my supplier glamulet to replace my items to me and they can claim it back from yodel but glamulet says I need to claim compensation from yodel and use that to make a new purchase I've contacted yodel and glamulet on several occasions but this hasn't resolved and I lost £63

The products are awesome, the shipping was ok, I bought some personalized ones so It took about 2 weeks to arrive to Canada. You wouldn't believe how beautiful the charms are, better than expected, real sterling silver, nothing to envy to Pandora, really shiny and great quality. Good comunication with costumer service, they were really nice to me. I recommend!
Ordered few items for my niece, ended up returning all of them. Two months later, still waiting for my money - at first they at least answered my emails, but now they completely ignore me. Extremely disappointed.
I ordered this on Oct 8. Todays date is October 27 and I have not received my items. I have tried to track the package but I am unable to do so. The tracking site said it was in transit and that was on the 10th nothing else.
Still waiting on purchase. And tracking site does not work! So not able Pe to see where my purchase is.
Horrible customer service. Very difficult to track my order. Placed order on October 1st and last update is in sorting center on October 12th.
I thought the charms were not the same size as a pandora or similar charm.

Placed an order on 10/08, my cc was charged, however charms still have not left China and it's 10/22 already. Had I known, I never would have ordered.
Have had no communication on when my item was shipped or tracking information. Have emailed them and no response. Still have not recived my item. Very unhappy with this service.
